Mary is the most amazing server! She is kind, fast and so good at her job. Iv never had such a kind server before. She was so efficient in our order and making sure our food came out in a timely manner. I will definitely be going back simply because Mary is the BEST we will be going back and we will make sure to request Mary every single time! My husband and I both got breakfast and a meal for our son and it was so good. She even put a smiley face on the pancake for our son and he was so excited! She truly goes above and beyond. Thank you Mary!!!
Would share on the food quality and presentation, however it never arrived at my table, because I never ordered anything, because I was not served by a waitperson. The host was very friendly and brought me to my table and delivered a pot of decaf, hence a single star going to this young fellow's effort. Sadly, over the course of the next 20 minutes I established eye contact with all servers on the floor, who were more interested in doing their side work than serving me.
Food is good and prices are reasonable. Service this Sunday morning was incredibly slow even though we were immediately seated. I suggest going only during off peak hours.
I hadn't been to Perkins in over 20 years. When the big family decided to go, I just said OK. I had the chicken fried steak with hashbrowns. The hashbrowns were excellent, and I only wish that the gravy has been sausage. Whatever... everyone (10 of us) loved their meals, and we finished off with their excellent pies. I'll go back the next time that I'm hungry and in the neighborhood. Or maybe if I'm not in the neighborhood...
We waited for an hour for our food. People that came after us got food n drinks be4 our table. Plus didnt didnt get asked if we wanted toast or pancakes it was chosen for us. They have all these people walking around but can't get our food rite or out on time will be my last time coming here
I just ate here and sat in April’s section. Great food, the peanut butter pie was delicious, as always. And the service was friendly and fast, April made sure I had everything I needed and had a great smile! I can’t wait to come back and try something else off the strawberry menu!
I walked in and no one was at the front for five minutes so I decided to take a seat wait wait. Four customers then came out from the restaurant and someone finally appeared and then helped the four customers. It was finally my turn and I placed an online order. The order was not even ready. He was assembling it in front of me which defeated the purpose of an online order. The guy grabbing my baked goods did not have any gloves on. I brought my boyfriend home his brownie and the first thing he said was why are there fingerprints in it. That is definitely not sanitary. Two of the four customers ahead of me paid cash and he never washed his hands once. Touching money and then food is not ok.
Had breakfast at the restaurant. Food was average and reasonably priced. Kind of a weird smell inside. Only complaint: I asked about pancake options and chose the "sliced strawberries" on top which turned out to be a strawberry compote with an upcharge I wasn't told about.
