Ordered the Granny something or other omelet. This was a $10+ dish that says it was stuffed with diced ham, grilled onions and peppers. What I got was a pretty small omelet with virtually nothing inside. What you see in the picture is it. Server was not good. She had poor time management and could use some training in handling customer complaints. This would come in handy as both table seated next to us had complaints as well. The temperature in the room was really hot and the really cold. Disappointing visit.
Great food! They're short staffed, but once you get seated the service is great. Food came out quickly.
This is my second time going the food is always good.
We liked to stop in for breakfast on the weekends but we have noticed this location’s food and service is getting worse and worse. We will be going elsewhere from now on. The last three times we have gone they have been understaffed or staff is not well trained. They always have tables open and people waiting to be seated. The last two servers we’ve had, have been unfriendly, never getting back to ask how our food is, and couldn’t be bothered to get us anything. Today we asked for creamers... we never got creamers. Asked for a box, waited fifteen minutes... didn’t get a box. I attempted to get the manager to let her know (which I never do) about our service and the food which came out wrong but she couldn’t be bothered to assist me. If you have two hours to waste on mediocre food and unfriendly service, this is your place.
Great food. Excellent service. Our server Jessica was awesome. Found out she was on her 3rd day of working there. You never would have known. AWESOME BURGERS!!! The A1 burger is fantastic. Great pies too!! Give them a try. So good.
Came to Perkins yesterday after Easter Mass with my family and was very impressed. The serving staff was timely, professional, and extremely friendly. The food came out quickly and correct. The Managers also came by a couple times to check and see how were doing. Overall just and enjoyable experience and we will definitely be back!
If you are travelling, do NOT stop here. It was 15 minutes before the waitress addressed our presence. Still another 10 minutes and NOBODY has drinks in our area. So, that means after waiting 10 minutes to be seated, we are up to 35 minutes without COFFEE.. not good, not good at all. I hope the food is worth it.
Went in with 2 other couples. Waited 55 min. To get our food after we ordered. Then when it came one couple had runny eggs. The other had a party melt that absolutely dripped with grease. The restaurant in general was not clean. The only thing the lady said about all this disaster was they were under staffed. They don't have to worry about us. Total MESS.
