Whenever we are near one of the penguin points we HAVE to stop in and grab a bite! We are from out of state and we had our first penguin point experience about 6yrs ago. Every time and every location is always clean, fast and such good food with smiling, helpful employees. This location did not disappoint, we absolutely love their burgers, idk what they do but they're never greasy, always well put together and look decent too! If their cooks are in a rush you'd never know looking at the food, unlike most chain Burger joints. But this place isn't a chain, and they take pride in their food. If you're near one, go for dinner, you won't be disappointed

Not sure what happened here. I have been dining at Penguin Point my entire life, over 50 years. Tonight was a complete disappointment. Did you change your recipe, or just neglect to put seasoning in your mix? The chicken had a complete absence of flavor. At $35 for a 12 piece, I will think long and hard before coming back. What a shame.

So sad… I remember when Penguin Point use to be awesome. I believe they are on the restaurant “death spiral”. Even my family member use to love this place. They’ve changed too much. The new buns absolutely SUCK! The bread is the most important part of a sandwich. They changed the iconic Big Walley. Who does that….? The fish I had today was the worst. I have never bitten into a fish sandwich and pulled out a chunk of fish between the breading. It was under cooked. Sorry, this will be my last visit to Penguin Point. We’ve had great memories, farewell:)

Spanish dogs were good. A little sweet for my taste. The fries were hot fresh and tasty as usual. Best fries on the market.

Brought me back to being a kid in a way. I love the food and atmosphere of the place im visiting the town for a little while, and I've already been back since the first time.

The lady working was very rude. The food was sub standard it made me sick I ended up vomiting. I noticed that the sign said under new management. I believe the old management was better. I never had a bad experience there before. Penguin Point has sure gone downhill.

Haven’t been to a penguin point in a couple of years, decided to go for lunch. The service was terrible, the lady who took our order in drive thru was very rude. Our food was horrible, The only thing that was good was our drinks. I miss the old Penguin Point food and service.

Relaxed atmosphere. The tenderloin was bun sized instead gigantic like S. Indiana. Quick service but they were slow when I was there.
