Terrible! Cant wait until they rebuild Spatola’s. I drive 10 min away to get pizza. The cooks/owners are so rude to customers even if you are a regular. They will watch people struggle to get two pizzas and a soda out of their stupid door system and not offer to help out all. They are miserable here and food is mediocre. You can tell they hate their jobs. The girls doing the cash register are always nice though. They charged $10.95 for a lunch salad which consisted of old lettuce, soggy croutons, and generic Caesar dressing. That’s it. $20 for lunch for two way below average salads.

We have eaten in the restaurant several times and it was always ok. Take is a completely different story, we have ordered many times, pizza is fine, however, any other items ordered are horrible and that’s being kind. Fries, wet and soggy, soup and all other food cold with ridiculously small portions, we live 3 minuets for there so none of this should be the case. The last straw was last night, same typical disappointment with our order and my wife called to speak to a manager about it, and his response was shocking to say the least. When informed about the soggy and wet fries he sarcastically asked what is your definition of soggy, then proceeded to laugh at her, when she mentioned the various similar complaints that we have found his response was oh, here we go again. We were not looking for money back any free items, but just to simplify inform them of the issue so he could address it, and that’s the response we get. We will never eat here again in any capacity and advise others to proceed with caution. We are not complainers and I have never written a negative review before in my life, but in this case I just could not let it go.

Disappointed with the Take-out Pasta meal that my husband brought home to me tonite from Pasta Mista. :-( He ate dinner there with our son then ordered my food when they were done. The ticket on the bag says 7:17. After sitting & waiting an HOUR, he approached the counter asking about his Take-out order...Linguine with olive oil & garlic. Unfortunately, the bag had gone unnoticed on top of an oven. He was about to leave when he realized the salad was not included. That was sitting on the back counter. REALLY? When I finally got my dinner & opened it, not only was there NO bread, as listed on the menu, the cold pasta didn't even fill half of the take-out container. It was tasty, but I'm used to overflowing pasta with enough for leftovers the next day. For $11, I think a little more Pasta could've been spared. :-(

Will never order here again. My wife loves the gluten free options so I looked past the orders being wrong EVERY TIME. That all ended today when I told the manager that I would no longer be coming back and was met with " well we have a lot of new people and I can't check every order." Mind you these incorrect orders span at least a year so yeah those "new people", they shouldn't be new anymore. Granted I was reimbursed for the added condiments, but the lack of competence is too much. Bye bye Pasta Mistake. It wasn't that great while it lasted.

3rd time is not the charm for Pasta Musta. First time we went was for lunch. They ran out of what my son and I ordered and after 45 minutes brought us something complrte9difderent. Thru took it upon themself to replace our order with something they didn't even ask us if it was okay. And then when we asked for other dishes they were mostly out of everyone else we wanted. Second time we ordered pizza the whole order was wrong and the pizza sauce is way too sweet. Then tonight we thought we'd give them one more try well they went to a different house. We finally got our food where the pasta sauce is so bland. And for the price you would think you would get some bread and salad. Another waste of money. Well no more chances for this place. We had high hopes but they continue to disappoint and never do anything to fix the issues we have had with them. I guess we should have been tipped off that this Italian restaurant is subpar when they didn't even know what gnocchi is.

I ordered a cheese steak for take out and bit into a really large bone fragment in the meat. My tooth might even be cracked. The crunch was extremely loud and hurt immediately. I still have the bone fragment, and it is shockingly sharp and large. My wife called and they merely offered another cheese steak or another item from the menu. When you are faced with a dental bill from biting down on a bone from their meal, the last thing you want is another one. But that's fine. Keep my $7 and change. If my tooth has problems going forward, I will be calling back to get my dentist bill covered.

I had them cater my wife's surprise 30th birthday party and the food was absolutely delicious. Everyone at the party loved it. We got the penne vodka, chicken parm, chicken picatta, and eggplant rollatini. All were big hits! My wife and I have now made Pasta Mista our Friday night dinner spot! Jim was a great help through the whole food choice process and I recommend them for catering of any event.

Pasta Mista was really clean. The staff was very friendly. I had the Chicken piccata and it was probably the best I have ever had. My wife loved her eggplant florantine.
