Great experience! Walter provided an amazing service. Very knowledgeable of the menu and great suggestions. Everything was fresh and extremely flavorful. Portions are perfect! Make sure you order the spicy sauce. It’s hot! 10/10 must recommend!

Parada 22 was pretty busy at 6:30pm on a Monday. I was browsing CD's down the block and got hungry. The best seats are the ones facing the kitchen where you can see all the different dishes roll out. O, the smell also. It smelled wonderful in there. My meal was the Puerto Rican sampler $22 (maduros (fried plantains), chicharrones de pollo (fried chicken), pernil asado (pork shoulder), yuca al mojo (root vegetable) and tostones (fried green plantains.) This was a nice change of pace from my monotonous rotation of usual restaurants. The best part of the pork shoulder. The other stuff were OK. Service was excellent and fast. I was out of there within 45 minutes. Overall, a great experience.

Delicious Puerto Rican restaurant on Haight street. i usually don’t like plantain but I gave it a try with a Mofongo dish. Oh what a good surprise it was!! I recommend you have lunch here whenever on Haight st.

Beautiful authentic Puerto Rican vibes. Great ambiance. Food is amazing! Service is simple and friendly. Must try this place!

Great food and an amazing waiter, who gave good recommendations. Definitely try Sampler to taste various dishes in one. The meat was mouthwatering 🤩

Nice atmosphere, right on Haight st. The Arroz Con Gandule was pretty good, you can taste the sofrito in the rice, needs just a lil more sal, imo. The Bistec was really nice, the char was great, wished just for a little more char. The Tostones were really good, perfectly smashed and crispy‼️🔥 Soy Boricua🇵🇷 from the BX, I give this place an 8 out of 10.

Going to new cities and finding Puerto Rican food like my grandmother makes (let alone a PR restaurant at all) is always very difficult. But they have blown me away with the food. Everything we ordered was absolutely perfect. The pernil was tender and marinated well, the arroz con gandules was fluffy with a little pegao, and the yucca and tostones were fried to absolute perfection. Our server, Erick, was also super friendly and cracked a few jokes and it all was just a fantastic experience. We will definitely be going back in the very near future. Highly recommend!

So every time I come into SF I always go to Parada 22. In Fresno, there is no Puerto Rican food spot. So when I’m SF I eat there. I always get the Chicken w/sautéed onions. 👌🏽 Their rice and beans. 👌🏽 The fried plantains👌🏽. It’s it’s own things and there’s nothing like it. The staff is great, service is great. Im trying to get them to open a spot in Fresno. 🤞🏽 Anyways I definitely recommend this spot to anyone who has or haven’t tried Puerto Rican food. It is so good.
