The service was great and friendly. Shout out to our server Darius who was very attentive. As well as Niki his manager, who gave us suggestions on where to go later that night or the rest of our trip in GA. Serving sizes were decent. Food is well seasoned. I'm allergic to shellfish so I had the shrimp and grits with the shrimp on the side. I thought it would be lacking but baby it was full of flavor! For dessert, creme brulee . Yum. Just yum. Drinks were on point too. My only complaint was that it didn't seem like the air was on inside. No ventilation. I had to use a kids menu as a fan. Make sure you have a reservation and be sure to get photos outside. I'll be back!
Went to Pappadeaux’s for a friend’s birthday. This is my first visit in over three years. The food was absolutely amazing. The portions were so big, I could not finish my food. Our host was absolutely wonderful and very professional. Five stars and I’ll be back soon.
My experience at this restaurant was amazing it was very easy to make reservations online. My husband and I had reservations for 12p.m. we were greeted and sat down immediately. We ordered appetizers which were crispy alligator and some crab spinach dip. I never had alligator before and it was surprisingly delicious. For our entrees we had Louisiana Gumbo, catfish poboy sandwich, and shrimp and grits. This restaurant has an alcoholic beverage called swamp-thing and it is a must try. I was very happy with the serve we received and I will definitely be returning. Also the atmosphere inside and outside the restaurant is beautiful
Went for lunch and was seated right away. The food came out fairly quick. The seafood gumbo was good. The poboy was ok…not bad but not great. I would have preferred the bread toasted and it just seemed to lack flavor. The catfish also lacked flavor and the red beans were kind of dry. The calamari was cooked well and the drink was strong and tasty. Service was good.
The Baked Crab Cake was irresistible. $ 33 and worth every penny. It was the best crab cake I ever had. How can I describe the most satisfying taste. I can't right now! It was a pic sitting on the table. If I had known the price before I ordered it, I probably wouldn't have, but glad I did. I also had fried shrimp and fries. I wish I had better pictures, but I was so hungry, and it all looked so good.
Checked in for a table for 2 but found an two openings at the bar. Bar tender welcomed us warmly and promptly served us drinks and a menu. Ordered the Seafood Cobb Salad with Shrimp. We didn’t wait long for our meal to arrive. OMG! Cobb Salad on Steroids. It was DELICIOUS. However, it was enough to serve 4! And the dressing was perfect. My suggestion: Go. Order this salad but make sure you are super hungry or ready to share with others—you get your money’s worth for real!
As a first time experience, every bit of our food was perfect! It was my fiancé’s birthday and he was highly pleased! The staff is GREAT, very hospitable, great recommendations & very knowledgeable of the menu! I will definitely be returning! Service was fast, hot & fresh!
The food is always amazing. It might take a while to get in the door if you don’t have a reservation. Food comes out quickly and fresh. The staff is always amazing. My family frequent this location all the time. 10 out 10 I recommend.
