I ordered a large Italian salad so I could have it for a couple days I thought anyway. Cucumbers were slimy and sour, tomatoes were mushy and sour. So I was left with green peppers, mozzarella cheese and onion in my salad. A couple pieces of the lettuce were brown. I got a Italian sub 12 inch, I asked for it cold and with extra tomatoes, onion and pepper rings. That was a joke didn't get extra veggies, the tomato slices are cut in half, the cheese cut was cut in half, so it was a large sub with 2 pieces of cheese then 4 pieces of salami and 6 slices of ham. My husband got a steak pita, the bread was so soggy he had to eat his with a fork. Just not a good experience at all. I shouldn't of went there because of the convince because it was a waste of $35.

Hello I normally do not leave bad reviews but I had to leave one, now the gentleman over the phone was nice but the grilled chicken pita is horrible, the chicken is fake & cold I asked for bacon, fake bacon barely cheese & lettuce my son & I threw our pita out just horrible never will order a pita again maybe a pizza should not be called Mr. Pita!!

I ordered a Greek pita. The worst pita I had ever had my pita bread was stale it crumbled in my hand. I couldn't even eat it. I took one bite I had to spit it out smh. Never eating there again.

I hate to leave this review but this location continues to disappoint. I miss having a real Mr Pita in Eastpointe. Ever since they merged with Papa Romano's, Mr Pita has become an afterthought and it's really showed. This location also has a hard time opening on time... not sure what thats about. Lately its been better, so hopefully its under better management. Most recently, around lunch time, I ordered a greek pita and once I got home I was surprised and disappointed with the quality of the sandwich. First of all it was pretty much a bread sandwich, there was nothing on it. Quite literally NOTHING. Looking at the Mr Pita website, it shows that the Greek Pita should have: Ham, Salami, Swiss, Feta, Onions, Black Olives, Pepper Rings, Lettuces, Tomatoes and Greek Dressing. My sandwich had the following: Pita bread, thin piece of ham, lettuce and and greek dressing. If you don't want to make or sell Pitas, I'm not sure why they're on your menu. I say this because 1 I REALLY like Mr Pita, I've been going forever. And 2 I'm really just getting sick of the lack of good customer service at retail stores and restaurants. I've visited your location several times where employees seem more interested in their phone, rather than looking up and saying hello. Its nice to be acknowledged when walking into a business. This isn't the first review that I've had to write about your location, I have another account I'm unable to write another review using that account, it only allows me to update my current review. Which I'm not sure if you're notified when reviews are updated and I wanted you to see this because I feel like it is critical feedback and could help. Thanks.

Service was good. Ordered the philly cheesesteak & the supreme pizza. The crust on both were VERY overdone!! The philly cheesesteak was so overdone you could say it was burnt. Very disappointed!!

Restaurant is dirty. The food comes out undercooked and sloppy. The owner expects you to still pay for it and eat it even after you point out that the pizza is not cooked. He started yelling I walked out and I’m so glad I didn’t pay online

This was my first time trying Papa Romano’s pizza and I was not disappointed. I ordered over the phone prior to going in, therefore I was in and out. Though, the restaurant needs cleaning, it was bit unorganized.

The employees are kind, but the food quality is horrible. Twice now the meat pizza literally had one pepperoni per piece and a couple pieces of sausage and ham. Any other Papa Romanos has a sufficient amount of meat. The antipasto salad is the same way. Bagged lettuce with mostly onion and soggy tomatoes. We have tried it twice now. We won't be back for a 3rd time.
