Ate here last Tuesday. The managers Tiff and Christian were so friendly! Amazing salad and the pizza is always delicious. Will be back.
My familys been coming here as a weekend treat for months. We've tried a few locations but this one is hands-down the best of the best, and well worth the drive from Medford. I've witnessed first hand how every person who walks through that door is treated like family. Big smiles, warm welcome, and a genuine care for what they do. The food has never ONCE been anything less than fantastic. I couldn't recommend this place more!
I called late last Saturday night for food for my kids. Even though they were closing in 10 minutes they were more than happy to make my order and have it ready when I got there. Most places would not take an order that late. The food was excellent. Highly recommend.
Was there recently with friends- however I wasn’t pleased with the service. We had ordered buffalo chicken fingers and fries and a large cheese pizza. We sat down and a few minutes later the first thing came without the pizza. So we waited and waited for like almost 40 minutes and finally it came. But while we waited, the employees were making other peoples food who came after us and then took online orders theoretically almost forgetting about us. So I was not pleased about the wait time at all.
Haven't been to a Papa Gino's in a long time. Closest location to me closed a while ago. I was in the area and decided to stop in. The pizza was just as good as I remember it. The manager was super nice and made sure I was well attended to despite them being busy.
Best pizza I had in a long time screw 5 stars I'll give this place a ten and the staff are amazing as well I tell you there manager must know what there doing cause 10 out of 10
Very clean and professional team fast service didn’t have to wait long for my order I highly recommend Popa Gino’s definitely telling all my friends and the food was the best I’ve eaten in awhile
I had the best pizza the Manager Tiffany really took great care of me she went above and beyond to make sure the experience at papa ginos was five stars!
