The team that was working tonight (9/19/23) was absolutely amazing. I placed an online order (well, thought I did. I forgot to press “submit order”). So I showed up looking to pick up my order not realizing that o forgot to actually place the order. Anyways, I placed my order in the building and the team there tonight got my order and got me out the door all within 15 minutes and it was probably the best food I’ve gotten there. Greatly appreciated the fast service and the kindness of the employees.
I was really impressed by the quality of the food both times that I visited when here in town. I had a macaroni pizza, and my friend had a pepperoni one. The crust was made perfect and so was both pizzas. Plan to visit again very soon before we leave. Highly recommended and very nice service and staff. A well deserving 5 stars!!!!!
Ordered several times from Papa Gino’s to serve large groups…delivered on time and orders were always correct. I can’t personally speak to the pizza but the students being served seemed to enjoy it. Will definitely work with the North Adams store again.
Friendly staff, great pizza and sandwiches and a clean environment! Would definitely recommend if you’re not in the mood to cook and want some pizza or even a cold sandwich on a hot day
Forgot one of my three items in my delivery order, driver who picked up through Doordash said they mentioned it seemed like the order wasn't finished and was told that they had double checked everything was there, and refused to answer the phone when I called. Don't waste your time or money on them. Too expensive for mid food and nonexistent service.
Issue with my order online. Called them up and they had it straightened out in now time. I eat here often and the staff always provides great service and uses my name!

Just not feeling the chucks of tomatoes in the sauce. The sauce was blan in flavor, like i bit into a freash tomatoe...needs seasoning. If you like tomatoe tasting sauce. This is the place for you. If I wanted to taste tomatoes I would have order tomatoes soup. The booths where tight. Not a lot of room. I could not see a large Italian man sitting in one of them booths.
