Breakfast Menu "Papa Gino's" Beverly

Just came from this location and voided my order, this place is disgusting. The employees were coming back in from smoking and not washing their hands or wearing gloves. Not only that they were also putting pizzas directly on tables or on top of boxes instead of in boxes. They had a tray of bread sticks sitting directly on the floor. Also My order was placed at 610 and I got there at 640 and it wasn't even in the oven yet. I'm happy that my order wasn't ready in time because it gave me a chance to see how gross the store was, so I could void my order. Unless you want to get sick I wouldn't order food from here.

We have ordered from here several times, the wait time is crazy and when we get there we usually wait even longer. The last time we ordered, they didn't put the toppings (that were paid for) on the pizza. I called and was told we would receive a credit for the order. I gave my info. Today, I called and tried to place an order and have said credit applied, to find out it was never added to my account. Now the person in charge tells me that she has to go through her district manager to make the correction, what an absolute joke! Needless to say, they just lost my business! And we were in there atleast once a week, spending $25 or more each time! They are so disorganized in there, they should probably hire staff that has a clue, it's not that difficult!!!

I used to order from here a couple times a week, but no more. The people that work at this location either A) Don't care about the job they are supposed to be doing, or B) Are just plain stupid..maybe both. I don't know. Having a salt allergy in the house, all food is ordered with NO SALT on everything, and we always inform whoever we speak to about the salt allergy, and yet time and time again, we have received food COVERED in salt. The employees tend to be rude, and will argue with you about the order when they mess it up.. "she never said no salt!"... "well yes she did, bc it was me, and I'm the one with the allergy"... Their delivery time has gotten to be outrageous as well. 1.5 - 2 hours for delivery at 4pm on a Sunday evening is ridiculous. They need to hire more people, and explain what it means to be in customer service. I'd give this location no stars if it were possible...

Papa Ginos pizza is very tasty, but unfortunately the prices are just out of control. The prices are about $3 more per pizza about the normal average. This location has horrible service in my experience and does not appear to have the ability to get any better any time soon. I know it is a chain and they do not have full control over the prices, but maybe some better deals to lower the prices. I would put up with the horrible service for the good pizza at a decent price. They do have a small parking lot and on street parking.

We called in an order over the phone for a Greek salad and a gluten free pizza with no cheese (my friend is allergic). I asked for no cheese twice. We pick it up, get it home and there's cheese on it. So I called back and asked if they would deliver a new one, to which the manager who took the phone order said "I didn't once hear you say no cheese and you're way outside our delivery range. You can come pick one up or I can void the charge." How is it on me to come all the way back there when they put cheese on a pizza I specifically asked them twice not to? Awful customer service, don't ever order from this location.

Every time I order chicken wings or chicken tenders from this location online, they never do it right. On the online portal you can customize your chicken with flavored sauces. And today was the 3rd time i spent 50 bucks on chicken for a sports event with family and friends for PLAIN CHICKEN WINGS AND TENDERS when the online order specifically says Buffalo and BBQ. You've lost any future business from me, this was the last straw.

I wish they were in NJ, but there are so many others here, it wouldn't be easy. Great pizza, perfectly thin crust as it should be. I was happy to try them and will again in the area again.

Ordered a pizza at 6:00 pm, called them at 7:30 pm to say pizza hasn't been delivered. They said it will be here in a couple minutes. Called back and 8:00pm to find out the driver messed up and they refunded the credit card and said pizza will be delivered in 10 to 15 minutes. It is now 9 PM and no pizza. At least they refunded the order. Edit: It did finally show up at 9:15
