I ate at this location and the food was relatively good but, the dining room was absolutely filthy. I had to wipe down my own booth since there was not clean table to eat at. It was slow with just one other couple dining in, the floor needed vacuumed, all the tables and booths needed to be wiped down, the lamps had caked on dust and a couple of them had dead flies stuck to the dust. The drink station was dirty and sticky, all the windows were so dirty you could barely look out the window. Overall the dining area was disgusting and will never be eating here again.

Been coming to the store for many many years. However I'm starting to notice the service and atmosphere going downhill. Today I ordered a Cobb salad with chicken as take out. When I got home and open up the salad noticed there was no chicken. :( Management needs to step up here and take a look at what's going on with their processes. I called the store and spoke to a nice lady who gave me a voucher for the Cobb salad so I'm giving them three stars.

The new Baja Grain Bowl was AMAZING! I didn't get the Greek Yogurt that comes with it though. I'm not a fan and didn't want to ruin the rest of the bowl. I definitely recommend. On the other hand, I got the new 10 Veggie Soup. Not bad, but nothing special. What bothered me most, was the two dirty spoons I got with my food. I'm not one to complain, so I just grabbed two plastic spoons. And I've also worked in the restaurant biz before, I know they were probably cleaned in a giant washer.. but you could at least do quick spot checks.🤷🏻‍♀️

In general it is a clean store BUT the service wasn't as good as other Panera's. It is a small store. The down side is their service: the cashier kept make mistakes on our orders, she wasn't focused and she was not at the cashier desk and we needed to wait for her every time. There were no service at the table while other Paneras bringing order to the table if you don't get it when it's ready. There were no buzzer and you wouldn't know when you order is ready. Your meal might not be warm once you get it.

Love the food but the one gal manager and the guy making the food beyond rude, called and walked in waiting for my food and no one had an answer didn't check up on me nothing waited now 25 to 30 minutes finally someone figured where the food was and it all freezing cold. Very poor service and general manager needs to learn some manners

I ordered the turkey and avocado BLT. The sourdough bread it comes with was not available. I chose the brioche, which had absolutely no flavor. The turkey had no flavor whatsoever. It was the worst meal I’ve had in as long as I can remember. My Panera days are finished.

Ordered a salad and sandwich here 5/29.. didn't eat anything else strange since then and woke up this morning nauseous and vomiting think I got food poisoning from this location. I'm never eating here again !! I have symptoms of norovirus, your employees need to be washing their hands and disinfecting surfaces. I am so disgusted right now

Was at this location today where the manager, Andy told someone to “fuck off”. This happened on 5/30 at 3:20pm. My son who is eleven was shocked and made comments in regards to how disrespectful she was. Won’t be returning.
