My whole chicken greek salad had several brown and black rotted lettuce pieces in it. I was so glad that I saw it before eating because I was stirring my salad to get the dressing mixed in well. I no longer order food from this location. They have a lot of kids working who clearly don't understand the importance of food sanitation. COMPLETELY DISGUSTING 🤮 🫣 😒

Nice location. Has a drive-through, dining in and outdoor seating. Order kiosk. Super fast service. I got a sandwich I never ordered before. It was OK I just wasn’t crazy about the cheese. Nice place with people sitting down and having conversation. If you found this review helpful please give it a 👍

I ordered a full size Baja Bowl and the bowl itself tasted great, but the size of the serving looked “half full”.

Great first visit to this Panera location. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable for the most part. They were out of the noodle bowls. This being a new location is clean and organized. Food was fresh, hot, and delicious. We will return to this location. Highly recommend trying them out.

The best Panera Bread I've ever visited. Place is super clean and organized, staff is super kind and fast, specially Ms Daniella who I think is Brazilian, she is amazing, always ready to help the costumers. Thank you so much Daniella.

I ordered a Mediterranean bowl. It was very poor and not worth it. Never coming back again. I use to love Panera. It is getting worst and worst at every visit.

SERIOUSLY???? Is Panera Bread on some sort of downward trajectory no one told me about? The last 3 visits have been a complete waste of my time and resources (money...lol). All 3 visits my orders were incorrect. All the 3 visits, I've had to go back and return my order. The first time I allowed for the situation to be corrected by agreeing to allow them to remake my order the right way. That didn't work out and I wasted more time. The next 2 visits, I just asked for a refund. Now I'm NOT RETURNING to give them an opportunity to waste my time. Here's some good business advice... if you're going to hire youngins (cheaper labor) to work these positions, I'm going to need you to invest in better training. The majority of these youngins 'working' at your establishment, don't have the developed brain cells, communication skills, or a modicum of judgment and conflict resolution to be trusted with your paying customer. #ImJustSayin

I dread going to this Panera. Today there were two cars in front of me and it took me 9 minutes to get one breakfast sandwich. On average it takes about 8 to 12 minutes to drive-thru. When I get up to the window there's about five young kids standing around who could give a flying F about customer service. Below is a screenshot. I decided to time my visit today, and that is after I placed my order. 👎
