Breakfast Menu "Panera Bread" Willow Grove

Panera in Willow Grove is amazing!! Keep up the great work, everyone. Despite the construction outside, the staff continues to be warm and welcoming inside. Kudos to Managers Iesha and Jessie, and Team Lead Ryan, for shining bright on the line, at the register, or even working behind the scenes! The food is always prepared with excellence, and they all can be seen smiling, engaging customers, and just making sure all needs are met to ensure the experience at Panera is top-notch!!! Keep going and growing!!!

Ordering oatmeal shouldn't be difficult, but this is the 3rd time it wasn't prepared correctly, so I have to leave a review. I paid for adding blueberries, but it was missing the strawberries... I also added honey and cinnamon should've been in there, but it wasn't. Double check to ensure your order is right before leaving the store. I got home to a disappointing bowl of oatmeal again. The store was too cold for comfort, so I had to wait outside for it to be ready. It's just not the service I am accustomed to from Panera.

The restaurant is very clean and spaced out. Pick up orders are all the way in the back. Staff was friendly and the food came out hot and was ready for pick up at our scheduled time. There is parking right in the front and overall, it was a good place for a quick lunch with some delicious food. I had the flatbread, the strawberry lemonade drink, and a vanilla cinnamon roll to top it off.

Walked in for a cup of coffee and a bagel due to having some time to kill. The girl at the resister was very cool and was fantastic while taking our order. We both enjoyed the cinnamon crunch bagel with the honey walnut cream cheese with hot coffee. The coffee was self serve with a flavored Hazelnut offering as well. I did notice multiple teas offered as well as some add-ins for the coffee also. The bagels were delivered hot and delicious. Great experience and definitely would return.

The team on today 02/04/23 is customer focused. I asked about coffee, Andrew offered to take my cup so I could get the first pour. So nice. The ladies making my sandwich did so with respect to the food. So good. I watched the manager conduct an interview, he positioned himself so his focus was on the candidate and he could see what was going on in the restaurant. You may wonder why I noticed this, it shows he cares about the business both today and the future.

07/18/2023 - ZERO for service!!! The service was lousy. Jesse didn't greet me & she didn't say thank you. She didn't say anything to me. Not, ?Can I help you?, What would you like to order?, etc... she said nothing to me she was just standing there with an attitude. Her attitude was like she didn't want to be there working. She was standing behind the register digging in her hair/doing stuff with her hair in a place that deals with FOOD! Obviously, I don't know who trains these people, but they need to do a more thorough job.

The bathrooms here are DISGUSTING! they look like they have not been cleaned in months! The porta potty’s in the construction site outside are probably a better option. This is a food establishment that offers dine in, the bathrooms should not look like that. They need to deep clean and hire a cleaning crew. And if they already have a cleaning service they need to get new ones or have them come more often. Gross, if you want to eat your food DO NOT enter the bathrooms. I hope the employees do not use the same bathrooms then go back to make the food. 🤮 they just overall need to be cleaner even the food prep area. The only clean area are the tables.

staff doesnt care enough to make sure you get your full online order. if you order from Panera bread website you will have to email the support team to address any issues so forget about any kind of prompt refund for missing items
