User Reviews

I hate posting negative reviews. So if this were the first, second, third or even 5th time this happened I would consider it an off chance. But as this now seems to be common across most of not all Panera I’m just absolutely frustrated with the complete and utter lack of quality. I regularly order bagels toasted. Toasted is apparently a thing of the past as the bagels, even if I grab the bag the second they put it in the winder, are barely warmed. And when you try to put frozen butter on barely warm, not actually toasted bagels, it doesn’t work. Plus, this time my bagels weren’t cut in half. It was like 80/20. And it was served to me with no hesitation. I love Panera, have sip club for my business and personal and meet clients here often. Is there anything that can be done about the complete lack of quality service? I guess one good thing, my daughter didn’t want her bagel toasted, and while it was toasted even though I asked for it not to be the toasting is barely toasted so was ok eating it.

Visiting from out of town. This location has an oddly limited menu and the restaurant itself is really filthy. Came in several hours before closing time, several employees, no one cleaning tables or sweeping…and things are pretty gross. We chose the least sticky table. Waited 20 mins for food. One salad with bread so stale I couldn’t bite it and one kid grilled cheese, which was fine. Just very oddly terrible compared to what our home Panera is like. Three other customers the whole time we were there so busy wasn’t the excuse.

The food was so yummy and pick 2 is a good choice.

Stopped in for a couple coffee drinks in the evening because the green/white place was closed. Their loss. Didn't know Panera had such good choices but we do now. Our drinks were great, typical prices, and available when we wanted them. Excellent. Definitely recommended.

It was very dirty. There was trash and food debris on the floor, some of which was clearly at least one day old. There was a large, partially-dried spill on the floor near the bathrooms that looks to have been there for quite some time. There were signs on both registers stating that you had to use a kiosk and there was only one kiosk available for several waiting people. The only time you interacted with any staff at all is if they happened to be near the pickup window/slot when you got your food. The place is simply a mess and appears to be incredibly understaffed.

We walked into Panera and all 3 of us were very disappointed! This was my 2nd time back trying to give the store one last chance and they had nothing we ordered. It doesn't matter if it was corporate fault that the truck order did not come in properly, what mattered was the poor customer service we received and then the food was awful. I should have received a full refund for our food that was burnt and not cooked correctly but I did not want to cause any problems now I regret my decision and truly wish I would have asked for a full refund bc it was the worst food we have ever received from Panera. I never complain about restaurants but when the service is this horrible you have to stand up and say something. I wish everyone all the love luck and lack of products they have luck! This was truly my worst experience with Panera and we will never go back to our home town Panera!! Sad to say but it's true.

No soap in men's room...but everything else was perfect 👍

$15 for the pick 2 pizza melt and a cup of soup and then the register prompts for a tip. Tip for what? Covid is over and I’m standing at a counter, get my own drink, and throw away my trash. The pizza melt is just a loaf of bread with some mozzarella and pepperoni, that’s it. Zero sauce and it’s terrible.
