I have NEVER had nasty Panera in my life until today a entire $35 something spent only to get a very burnt pepperoni melt and a long dark brown hair in my sandwich this location needs to be inspected and shut down or new employees!! Will not be going back to this location ever again

I’ve come here a few times recently as it’s close to my job and I look forward to coming back again and again. The food is so delicious and affordable. But my main love for this location comes from the staff. Every single person I’ve interacted with here has been exceptionally helpful and nice. I love it here.

I ordered the steak melt. This is by far the worst and possibly most expensive sandwich on the menu. Certainly did not compare to the photos. I only took one bite out of the sandwich and will possibly never come back to this franchise.

My husband decided that he would love to go have dinner at Panera Bread, so we went and we walked in to the restaurant and it was empty. There were no customers in there at all. Service was very quickly. Just walked right up to the counter and ordered. We both wore our masks 😷 while ordering and took them off once we got to our seats. Our order came very quickly probably about 5 yo 6 minutes. I'm guessing because we both ordered the flat bread pizza, and that's what took most of the time, since no other customers were in the restaurant. My husband ordered the Pepperoni and Sausage Flatbread Pizza 🍕 😋, also the Macaroni and Cheese he made it an entre with a drink, and was able to add any dessert for 99 cents.. I also ordered the same thing. He wanted to also have the Cheese and Broccoli Soup in the Bread Bowl 🥣 😋 I got a Pumpkin Muffin, and my husband had a Bear Claw.. yummy 😋.. We both had Raspberry Tea. I just love Panera Bread they always have the best food!!❤ I would definitely recommend visiting them 😊

Service is hit/miss and food is typically good. Value is low, IMO. While the food is quality, it is overpriced for what you get in return. Never sat in the dining room so can't speak to cleanliness or layout.

A girl named Abigail took my order at the drive in.. from the jump was so rude. I asked for a baguette with my soup, she said they don’t have any. I asked don’t you make sandwiches with the bread? She said we don’t have any & was so rude she said we only give chips. I will never come back to this location. Terrible customer service.

Worst customer service.... Not very rapid. We hadn't been in awhile because this location seems to always be out of everything. Did a pickup order that was 20 mins late according to when the app said it was ready. 2 other "customers" (delivery drivers) came in after me and left before me. Pretty confident my sandwich was given to one their orders to finish it first and the one I eventually got I saw out on the counter so it was definitely cold by the time it was wrapped up for me. The worst part was no apologies, no sorry for the wait, no consideration, NO Service.

I don’t think I could be more dissatisfied with this location. I’m a big fan of Paneras and was looking for a meal after traveling for work. The location was out of everything so I ordered the Asian chicken salad and Mac and cheese (pick 2). There were no other people waiting to order and must have been 7 people in the kitchen. When I got back to my hotel room there was 3 pieces of chicken on a bed of lettuce and no dressing. The bread was hard as a rock and inedible the Mac and cheese was fine. Really disappointed that these folks couldn’t just complete a simple order. I will not be back again nor suggest anyone else go. I get the whole can find good help thing but there were so many employees in there that you would think they could manage a simple salad. Wish I could get my money back.
