User Reviews

The establishment itself was completely disgusting. I had to go to the kiosk, just order my food after waiting two minutes in line while workers communicated and talked on the phone amongst themselves. Not to mind to place is disgusting 🤢 lemonade pitcher was brown, flys fighting over the food we paid for and we also had to bag our own food and more.

I'm a nurse so tired in my work and hungry. I was excited to take my break and eat. BUT, you gave me a rotten leaves in my salad. I tried to take away the yellow and brown leaves but when I took a bite. It has this rotten taste. I was disgusted with the salad that was delivered today.. Take care of your costumers. I payed $20+ for your salad. I'll get my refund but I'm left hungry and disappointed.

Placeded an order online. Ordered a chipotle sandwich, everything on it adding spinach and cucumbers. This is what I got. This is the second time this happened. They also forgot my Mac and cheese and extra bread. That's 35$ down the drain.

Friendly staff, quick service and tasty food! Totally recommend

Staffing issue, Management issue, Food quality issue. I ordered a flatbread, it took about 15-20 min to make (despite it being dead) I got my flatbread and there were curly black hairs on it. I asked if I could have a new one, I spoke to the manager (Mary) she said they would make a new one. I waited another 20 min, so I went back to Mary and asked for a refund. She started refunding me without even considering that I should have received a new flatbread by then. No customer service skills. It’s not too much to ask for a meal without hair in it.

Today I ordered the Pick 2. I chose the Steak and white cheddar HALF sandwich and mac n cheese. The mac n cheese was DELICIOUS, MY FAVORITE. The sandwich tho, left a LOT to be desired😡😢 First. It was small, I don't think it was near a half sandwich. I asked for double steak, it had maybe 3 small pieces, NO Pickled onions.... which I ove on this sandwich, and WAY TO MUCH horseradish aioli. This was thee worst sandwich I've ever gotten from Panera, very disappointed with them yoday!!

Often no one is keeping an eye on the registers during slower times, however, drink cups aren't at the kiosk station like most locations so you still need to talk to someone for one. Service is incredibly slow in general, which is very inconvenient for someone with the sip club membership that just wants to redeem their drink. I will be canceling that as it is no longer worth it to me despite me using it almost daily, especially after this evening when I approached the register at 8:35PM and asked if they were still doing to go orders. The person at the counter just shook her head, did not say anything. So I confirmed by asking if it's normal to stop taking orders 20 minutes before close so I am aware for the future and suddenly she wanted to take my order, which I then said nevermind and left because why would I proceed with the interaction feeling like I am bothering the employee for wanting to buy something during open hours? If she wanted to lie to me about that, she should have stuck to her word about not taking orders after blahblah time as 1. I am not an idiot and can put things together 2. I would have respected her word, I just wanted confirmation. Beyond that, the restaurant is not a good atmosphere. There are flies flying around the serving station which admittedly grosses me out as it is in excess, the counter by the soda station is consistently sticky, there are often unwiped tables so I normally avoid dining in, and I can't give this location any more chances despite it being literally one of the only restaurants at this mall. Sorry Panera, but I'm breaking up with you. If it were a couple instances of issues, fine I understand things happen, but it's every time I come there.

Annabelle was such a delight to see. Her smile and happily engaging with customers is something that she should be praised for thank you so much Annabelle!
