User Reviews

This location, like with other shops here, is above average for the brand. The food is great and is generally done quickly, which is a plus. Weekends are definitely the busiest for them, but they are able to handle it, which is a plus. The only downside is their tea. Being an avid iced tea lover and an unlimited Sip Club subscriber, I have ordered multiple teas here, and it can be hit or miss with the freshness of it. Definitely, though, would still recommend it to anyone, especially when it comes to their location.

There was a walnut in my salad which I ordered without and I’m allergic to tree nuts watch out anyone who has food allergies.

Yesterday, I went to a random Panera bread and got breakfast with a Caramel latte. The Latte came in a coffee mug. Upon tasting it, I was able to fill the mixture of the foam with the roast of the coffee and the hint of caramel. It sure made it a wonderful experience. TODAY, I went to my local Panera and order the same order (Dine In). And the Latte, what once tied this beautiful experience, was NOT on a MUG. "Supposively" it comes that way, said the employee. Well, this Late on this carbon cup is not the same experience as the latte coming from the mug. First, I have to take the cap off to enjoy the foam. And second, the material of the cup (carbon) affects the overall experience of how the flavors and matters collide. The aroma is lessen due the the circumference and plainly ITS NOT THE SAMe

“Avocado is out for the day” about 2-3 days out of the week recently, it’s a main ingredient in 1/3 of the food so I end up just canceling my order all the time. I’ve also received orders without avocado that should have automatically come with my order which probably means Avocado was out for the day yet again.

Manager Scott has this covered! He's on ladders hanging advertisements, training employees, & and taking care of customers, SIMULTANEOUSLY! top notch food, smiles from happy employees, with a leader who rocks in Scott! Keep keeping yall!

Panera is to food, what Starbucks is to coffee - overrated. The Warrington location is not good. They're out of menu items constantly. And the menu items that you can order are generally prepared in a mediocre fashion. Tough to know which chicken sandwich is which, because neither one of them have the proper sauce on them. Just a poor effort, considering the prices they charge. If Panera is your thing, there are better locations.

I love panera, but this store always messes up something with the order, especially delivery. Corporate is wonderful though, but this store must have cost the company so much in refunds. I always expect something is going to be wrong when ordering from this location.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. Save your money and time if it is valuable to you!! My 3 children and I waited over 20 minutes for our food to come out (mind you, it wasn't even busy). Finally, I had it as we were hungry and went up and asked if our order was ready. Here, the bag had been sitting on the counter for who knows how long. The slip was in the bin so there was no way to identify that it was my order. When I called the manager over, I got a "Thanks for letting me know." No credit, no extra chips or dessert over. Literally nothing. The service here is AWFUL. Don't bother coming here!
