Filthy. Every table had crumbs, used eraser, or trash on it. The floor was also full of debris. Dirty dishes were piled up at each station. To top it off there was someone coughing profusely without covering their mouth. This person was clearly unwell and in total disarray and spreading his germs everywhere. It was bad and I’ll never visit this location again. There was even trash outside. Disgusting.

Everything about this visit was absolutely horrible! There were signs that due to short staffing you had to use the kiosk to order. Ok, fine. The order took forever to receive as there were maybe three employees in the entire restaurant. The food was subpar at best. We ordered a grilled cheese and it wasn't even toasted and was cold. The tomato soup was cold as well. My Chipotle Avocado Sandwich was burnt and missing key ingredients. My Fuji Apple Chicken Salad was barely half full in a TAKE OUT container instead of the regular dish. In fact all of our food was served in the TAKE OUT containers for some odd reason. I spent $35.00 for subpar food that I could have cooked myself at home???? The restroom was disgusting with toilet paper all over the floor and like no one had tended to it all day long. This was such a very negative experience compared to my visit last week...like night and day. I'm hesitant about returning to this location in the future because of this terrible visit.

After I was ignored for a good ten minutes, I ordered at the kiosk and was rudely asked “You had a Cinnamon Roll” I replied yes and a drink . The rude cashier replied “What size “ I told her whatever is available at this point “ to her replying “We ain’t got no small cups now” …. Anything else that was said was ignored. The dining area was filthy and the drink machine was being shared with gnats due to the sticky counter. This location has severely gone down hill . MY MESSAGE TO THE STAFF WOULD BE ….SHUT UP LAUGHING and VULGARLY TALKING AND START CLEANING UP

Let me start off by saying I like Panera Bread. When the food I'd prepared with care, it can be tasty. The dining atmosphere is casual and nice. However, I am also discovering that location and staffing sometimes determines the quality of the food prepared and the service or lack thereof. I understand that stores are short of staff since the pandemic and I try to be sensitive about the fact. Yet, I just cannot justify being ignored for 10 minutes when I am the only customer in there, then receiving half burnt food and lukewarm coffee. And this is not the first time. I am trying to give this location a chance because it is in my neighborhood. I want to support but this has to end. As I said earlier, I enjoy Panera Bread, however there are too many other places that offer better service.

Usually everything is great, been ordering a customized baguette sandwich for WEEKS no problem. Today I was missing my bacon, they only put 3 slices of steak on my sandwich, warmed the tomatoes(which was soggy and gross). I asked for no cheese and no apple chips on my Fuji salad and they still put it on there anyways. Order was 15 minutes past due which made me late back to work from lunch. I’m not the one to complain but sheesh… won’t be coming here anymore tbh.

I wanted to pick 2 with a mediterranean veggie and soup. I was told that they were Out of hummus. They were not planning on taking off for this problem they just want you to understand. I asked if they could substitute avocado for free. I was told they could only substitute another sauce. I explain that hummus is the protein that's on the sandwich so it can't be replaced for a sauce. So, I just ended up with soup. I'm part of the unlimited sip club. I usually love panera Because no matter what city I am in I know what I'm going order. This was very disappointing. I guess at least I save money today. I typically spend anywhere from 12 to $20.

Showed up right on time, for possibly the best chocolate chip cookies in the city fresh out of the oven!! Their cookies are a win every time...a sure shot! Well done Panera.

Stopped in for a bite and some coffee. They were out of coffee cup sleeves. Later before we left and got another cup they were still out. Asked an employee if they had any and he brought out one for us and maybe 10 to put out for people. When we sat at a table by the windows the chair was rickety and we swapped it for another. In that area things looked worn and probably in need of some good cleaning. The table across from us had the carpeting ripped up and someones clothes underneath the table.
