User Reviews

The atmosphere is very welcoming, relaxing, and very clean. I got the Mac and Cheese and a Fuji Apple Salad. Everything is quickly made and prepared. The cashiers and even those who clean up the tables are so kind and ask how you’re doing with a smile. This really makes my day, as I can assume many others. The food was filling, great portions for what you pay, and I love the flavor profile. The employees all around are nice, timely, and friendly. Thank you for great service. You’re not overlooked! 😊

They were out of baguettes for the soup, so had to settle for chips. It's been a few years since I've been to a Panera, but I never been to one that has ran out of baguettes. Those are a staple. The featured sandwiches weren't available...because they were out of baguettes. The Creamy Chicken and Rice soup was good, but it cost $10 for a bowl for soup which is warmed in a bag and scooped into a bowl. The Tomato Basil Bacon Sandwich was also good, but also overpriced. Thought it was silly for the register to ask for a Tip just because someone took my order and put it in a bag, which is the same service as a fast food place. All the employees looked unhappy and no one made eye contact. They all seemed to be in closing mode even though closing was 2 hours away. Overall it is very doubtful I'll be back. The food is good but for the price there are better local options. Doesn't make financial sense to go here.

Food was okay, Flatbread was warm and had good flavor, produce on said Flatbread could have been better. Soup was cold and didn't have much flavor to it. However the worst part had to be the borderline ancient coffee I drank. It was awful, I took two sips and knew I was going to be down for the count. Terrible aftertaste, gave me an immediate reaction which caused me to vomit, and I spent the rest of the day sick. Price was not worth the portion size

I will never eat here again. The price of food for the amount you get is total bullcrap. The Mac and cheese was barely Luke warm for the actual 4 bites you get $6.99. And they forgot to add the bread. This place is freaking crazy with its prices.

good service good food. very clean place very nice people. Shaina was very kind and helpful to us I wish all the people were like that

Unfortunately this Panera Bread location falls EXTREMELY BELOW the bar set by Panera Bread locations I have visited in other cities and states Knowing Panera is a franchise maybe the owner of this location needs to train his employees on SERVICE not Attitude. The supposed male manager (Matt? No Name tag) is Pathetic in handling situations including INCORRECT orders or orders not Delivered The majority of the staff really needs restraining on what CUSTOMER SERVICE details. After spending a lot of money here and the phone conversation I had with Matt(?) And his completely Unprofessional comments with handling a complaint the LAST TIME I ORDERED FROM THIS POOR POOR Excuse of a restaurant I will not order from here again

First off. It took 20 minutes to get my food after I ordered. Then they charged me extra for avocado, which I asked for, but they didn’t but it on my sandwich. They were moving so slow and it made me late. And my sandwich was missing the top part and the meet on half of it. Not happy

Ordered green goddess Cobb salad with chicken and there is zero chicken on my salad. Awesome way to spend $12. Not sure why I don’t open up the bag before I leave and make sure things are made the correct way without missing one of the main, and most expensive ingredients. Thanks Panera!
