The food is good, however overpriced for the small portions you receive. Service? Ha, when paying at the counter or kiosk they conveniently ask for a tip (why would you tip when you haven’t experienced their service, or should I say “lack of”) They take your order, isn’t that there job if they want you to eat there?!) or you order yourself on the kiosk machine, then they call your name to go pick up your food (I didn’t hear them clear across the restaurant at a table, so after waiting 10 mins I went up to the counter and my food was just sitting there, not sure how long!) Then when your finished they have a place to take your trash and it’s clearly marked where you put your plates and silverware and where to dump your trash or recycle material. I think I should be getting tipped not them! So I ordered the “pick 2” salad and sandwich. The salad was good but small and for under $8 it’s decently priced comparable to other places. However the sandwich was like a sample portion and just under $8 is ridiculous. So the combo “without” a drink for a little over $17, Totally overpriced! Oh and it comes with a baguette. However a little bigger sandwich would have been a better deal and way to expensive for a small sandwich and small salad for $17+. What the heck is the baguette for? by the way is very hard to chew. Just more carbs that this world of overweight people don’t need. How about a little extra meat or a larger salad. I’m done with Panera Bread.

Always great to me! I've gone inside, ordered online, and did Uber eats. I've not had any problems and today I got a pickle hey hey hey hey 🙂

Overall this is a pretty good fast food chain. Food portions are measured and tend to be on the skimpy/small side, especially for the price...but the taste is predictably good. Place is very clean and neat. Staff is friendly. If you are in a hurry you should order online direct with the store...15 to 20 minutes ahead of when when you want your food. Parking during peak times (lunch) can be a bit of a hassle but you still find a spot to park. Coffee is kept fresh and if they run out...they will get one out for you quickly. The chipotle chicken sandwich is pretty tasty (as before...could use a more robust portion) and their soups (squash, etc.) are pretty good...price on these could be a bit lower especially on take out (again value for your money). This is a well run enterprise. Check them out...you will like the food.

Shrinkflation has really done a number on this place. The portions have gotten smaller and the price has risen by about 1.50$ per item. In the picture is an almost 8 dollar mac and cheese. Not shown in the photo is a half grilled cheese which is actually closer to a quarter grilled cheese from what it used to be. Pretty dissapointing that even with these price and food shrinkage, they dont pay their employees more at least

NANDA is so helpful ! I was having trouble with what I wanted to order and she was so patient with me and my 73 year old mother that’s half blind, she’s the best. Nanda also brought the food to our table as if it was an actual restaurant .10/10 customer service ..will definitely recommend eating here .

Was around the area, feeling sick from a cold and all I wanted was a nice hot soup. $8+ bowl of soup was more like a cup and out of baguettes. SMH I kindly asked for it to be hot, which it wasn't. No problem, just asked if it could be put in microwave a couple minutes. Staff rolled his eyes and said 'it wasn't hot enough for you' and in front of others I believe he was training. Jeez! serious lack of customer service and passing on the same to new employees. No thanks. Will not be returning.

This location is a favorite of ours, with cleanliness and customer service at the top of the list, along with the food quality as number one! Today, I ordered from their Pick Two menu. I chose half a Chipotle Chicken Avocado melt sandwich with a side of their creamy Mac n Cheese. Honestly, I don’t know where else to find a delicious combo like this in our area with half the calories for under $15. I ordered for a rapid pickup through the app, which is my usual method. They sent an e-mail confirmation it would be ready in ten minutes, but it actually took six! The food was just what I expected as far as temperature, presentation, and flavors.

I ordered food via Uber. The restaurant gave the driver the wrong food and ended up canceling my order. Uber didn’t provide any credit or attempted to resolve the issue. I lost 1 hour waiting for the food. Panera should make sure that every customer is given a good service no matter where they ordered from.
