It was the first time going to Panera, I told the guy who attended not sure if he was the manager but his customer service needs to upgrade. No service with a smile he seemed like he was in a rush. I told him it was my first time there I tried the smokey buffalo chicken melt. 1. Not enough meat, bread burnt and hard. Disappointed then the broccoli cheddar soup taste was not all that. There are other places better than this place. The chocolate croissant is not bad but I have tried better ones. Customer service needs to improve and stop over heading the bread.

I appreciate the Sip Club beverages being full most of time, but please do not water down the green papaya tea it's the only thing I like there. I go there every single day and usually place my order on the app... and most of the time they ask for my number... even after I have already placed an order on the app! :( my terrible anxiety and social disorders prevent me from being "social" or being asked for my number. Besides, I do not want some random guy having my number! Same goes for my other friends and boyfriend. If you see me there every single day - or if there is a Sip Club beverage "to be made" then please leave me along and let me be. I am not going to risk "stealing" to get "charged up" with a lemonade. Like PLEASE - let me do my thing and get out of there asap before anything else triggers my agoraphobia and my heart starts racing. Check the orders - if you see me going for a cup, check the board and leave me alone. I am not going to get "charged" with a misdemeanor over a $13 a month subscription service. I am however trying to get "charged" with one of your caffeine infused lemonades. So, to reiterate - I am a Sip Club member and there is a reason I place my orders on the app. Please leave me alone when I am trying to get my drink on and let me go about my business.

Food service is good but the Quantity of the food portion was very little for an over-priced sandwich. I got the pulled pork sandwich with more onions and bread than pork. For 11$ I should of just bought my own ingredients and made a sandwich 3x the size.

Won't accept uber eats deliveries, just cancels. When called, left to automated voicemail that saua to contact uber. Surely uber is not the issue when I can order from other restaurants, so I recommend others order from other restaurants to avoid hassle

I can only assume they are comically understaffed. I can think of no other reason my online order would take 20+ minutes of waiting in the drive thru, with only one car ahead of me. Nothing like listening to the ever growing massive line of cars behind me, beeping, screaming, wondering the same thing you are: what the hell is taking so long? They knew they screw up because they gave me two cookies, which would have been cool... if we didn't already buy two cookies with our order. So now we have 4 cookies. Of all the gestures, this was the most pointless. Just comping us on the two cookies I bought would have actually been useful.

Horrible! I waited so long for my food and once I ask for a pizza THEY FORGOT to put in my order I go back 20 min later and let them know I’m gonna be here soon right so you’d think this low serviced place would have it ready? no. I walk in, wait 10 god damn minutes for a pizza and now I’m late because Panera in Streamwood is an underserved pos. Get better service or get that place out of here because even the food is pretty gnarly. Don’t go here if you don’t wanna wait 30 minutes in line for a salad and Mac and cheese and pizza that’s not even in the bag that you paid for, don’t waste your time on this imbecilic lack of intelligence, management and time skills.

In an attempt to eat healthy, I chose to have a pre dinner sandwich from Panera instead of a burger and fry from Wendy's. Well, as soon as I opened the wrapping I noticed a single wilted and slimy piece of lettuce that had fallen off. After inspecting the sandwich, I discovered additional wilted and slimy lettuce. When you pay $12 bucks for a sandwich, at the very least Panera should serve fresh produce. Spoiled food can cause illness. There's no way the person making the sandwich could have missed the numerous brown pieces of lettuce.

This is what 20 minutes in line and $6.50 get you at Panera in Streamwood! Very disappointing. Btw… and a cup of cold coffee.
