Ordered you choose 2, broccoli and cheddar soup and chicken ceaser salad, lettuce was slimy and black, soup was barley hot. The order took a while to get to me. About 6 minutes, and the bathrooms. Gross. Bottle of soap with no pump so you have to pick it up, not paper towels, but have plenty of paper goods for to go orders. The lady at the register didn't seem to understand what I wanted. And changed me 3.09 for a bread that comes with your meal. Silver ware dirty

I'm sitting here right now waving away flies waiting for my order...so far I'm not happy. I have a very sensitive stomach and I honestly was feeling nauseous but the oatmeal sounded nice with the strawberries. I was told that at 2pm I could no longer have breakfast. Ok. I'm not sure of the inner Panera workings, as this our first (and last) time. We had a gift card. I ended up ordering the broccoli Mac and cheese, and my partner the steak and white cheddar sandwich (was told no pickled onions that day) so far the atmosphere is kinda gross, the floor being dirty. They might be under - staffed or something but between the flies and that it's ...a bit much. Not sure how our food is going to be but even if it's delicious I will not be coming here by my own idea again. However if someone who is a die-hard Panera fan wants to treat one day, I would give it another chance.

Waited 30 minutes to pick up my order in the drive through. There was tons of Parmesan cheese in my Asian sesame salad with chicken which makes absolutely no sense since that’s not one of the ingredients. Probably wouldn’t have been so upset if I wasn’t allergic to dairy but stuck at work with no food now.

Ordered via the app (rapid pick up). Drove to resto and grabbed paper bag after checking list attached to the bag. Drove home and opened the bag … received 2!wrong items out of 6! I called and asked to speak to the manager; I was placed on hold … waited … waited … and waited some more … finally, I decided to bring everything back. Manager was very apologetic … when I told her I waited for her to pick the phone, all she said was “I am really very sorry.” She asked what I was missing. I told her just to cancel the whole order. Order was cancelled with no further questions. She also informed me that she was sending me a $100 gift card for my troubles. Nice gesture! … but error shouldn’t have happened in the first place. If only she picked up the phone, I would have just requested a simple price adjustment for the wrong items I received. I really didn’t want to drive back to the resto!!! I did receive the $100 gift card (by email)!

The food was prepared well and the order was accurate. The wait time was rather long though. It was also quite pricey. The tomato soup was tasty though and all the breads were really well crafted. I'd visit again for sure

The Mac and cheese is tasty for my kids, but their portions of soup are sad. I ordered a cup of French onion and you can it in like three soup fulls and its expensive. Overall, good to come here in a pinch but too pricy for the quantity.

I ordered you pick two bowl of broccoli cheddar soup and strawberry poppyseed salad and cookie through the Panera app. The cookie did not show up, got a salad with chicken in it, and no bowl of soup to be found. Driver who dropped it off said this location was “kinda rough.” If you are traveling on business, avoid this store and choose ANY other option.

Extremely slow service. Will not eat here again. Waited OVER 40 minutes for 2 salads and was not super busy while we were there. Multiple people came up to counter while we were waiting because they kept leaving off bread side and making other mistakes. Also over 15 for a salad... Rather go to a regular restaurant with good service at that price.
