Half-filled containers constantly. Complaining has made no difference. That was supposed to be broccoli cheddar mac and cheese but the macroni is lacking. Very little macroni and mostly just the soup. The salt content is outrageous. Broccoli Macroni and cheese came ice cold. Bread was fresh tasting. Smoothie good just overly sweet but still good. It came cold as it should be cold. Photos from various purchase dates. All are supposed to be Broccoli Macroni and Cheese! All taken before eating.

There is good reason why this panara bread is rated so low. Last Friday night 9/9 our order was marked as ready 10 minutes after its expected time. It then took another 10 minutes to receive our order. The manager told my online orders had to be collected by the cashier. The cashier was busy helping customers so I went back to in store order pickup and asked if she could get my order. She said “yes in a minute” and continued talking to other employees and basically refused to get my order. You would think a manager would apologize for the order taking so long and go out of their way to assist in getting my order. Why should an online order be neglected. I am a customer the same as those placing orders in the store. This manager clearly doesn’t have the competence to be a manager. I was refunded for this order via panara customer care.

They have replaced the personal service with kiosks. That's fine and I've worked with kiosks plenty of times. However, their kiosk didn't process my card while the crew was in the back having a loud chat-party. They had no interest whatsoever in monitoring guests and if an order didn't light up from a kiosk, apparently it didn't matter. They've taken the presence of kiosks to mean that customer interaction is no longer important. I would have asked for assistance with the kiosk but the crew was well hidden and out of sight in the back and I'd have had to shout to overcome their raucous banter (as opposed to working, I have to assume). I walked out since I didn't actually think they'd hear me even if I shouted -and I didn't want to shout anyway. Won't go back, of course, at least to that Panera location.

Have tried several times to do an order ahead for lunch inservice of different offices. The order is wrong EVERY time. Last time I kept it simple with a box of coffee and some bagels, but the coffee was not even half filled, and they gave me creamer in an iced coffee cup, loose in the bag, which spilled all over the cups and sugars. Apathetic staff and a Panera that is a far cry from the brand we all fell in love with many years ago.

Had not been to Panera in years... ordered online it went very easy went in and picked it up food quality was great I appreciated that they look out for the environment. Highly recommend.

The girl running the expo line today (where you pick up your food) was EXTREMELY RUDE. I over heard her talking about how the salad I ordered has to be remade. That’s completely fine so when it came time for my order to be picked up it looked like there was another issue so I simply replied “it’s fine” and she cut me off with the biggest attitude and wouldn’t even let me explain that all I was saying was it was fine and that I didn’t want to have to have them remake it. I know how time consuming that can be during a lunch rush. Her attitude towards me was so un called for when I had done nothing in return to have her act that way.

No manager on duty, my food was given to me with mold on the bread. When we asked for them to remake the sandwich due to mold, we were given attitude and they acted like it wasn't a big deal. Overall I'm never eating here again and my dinner was ruined.

My fiancé and I came here and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a turkey bacon club. Upon receiving our meal the bread on the spicy sandwich was covered in mold. When I brought the sandwich up to be remade the girl working seemed not to care and took my plate. When the remade came up I wasn’t sure so I asked her and she impatiently said yes and walked away My fiancé and I were pretty fed up so I went to the counter and brought back the food and asked for a refund. I was told the manager wasn’t in the building and that I would have to wait. The man helping me couldn’t speak English very well and had to use a translator which honesty wasn’t a big deal. The guy was very nice and apologetic and wanted to help me out. After a short while the manager came up asking me what was going on and after explaining he apologized and told me that they were going to make sure the bread was going to be looked over more thoroughly and apologized again. Honestly he was incredibly good at his job and I appreciated his managerial style very much. I will say service would have been 5 stars had it not been for the blatant, uncaring attitude of the first girl. The manager and the Spanish speaking man were extremely nice and did everything they could to help so even though I may not ever go to this location again due to the moldy food, I think those two should transfer to a better location because their talents are being wasted most likely due to the General Manager’s incompetence to run this establishment
