I was running late and didn’t prepare lunch. I was ordering from Starbucks and noticed Panera in the same plaza. I order the Cesar salad with Chicken. I didn’t care for their dressing. It’s too “fishy”. I’m glad I had my Cesar dressing. The salad was fresh and the chicken was plentiful. I didn’t notice any Parmesan cheese on the salad, other than that, it was good. It also came with a baguette, which was fresh. I would most likely order again.

Really good first salads, great selection and good soups. Great vegan sandwich and lots of other good stuff. Especially sweet treats and bagels. Fresh food. A clean area to eat some myself service but a regular for us!

Went in and tried to place in order this morning? One girl working behind a counter 1 other girl with no apron on 1 person sitting in there on a computer 1 person ordering something in front of me the. Girl screwed up his order didn't know how to minus a blueberry muffin off the cash register. She was charging for because he Change to mind to get spinach artichoke calls the girl out. She doesn't know how to clear the register. I waste 10 minutes of my break trying to get something to eat never got service will never go back.

The place was somewhat clean and organized, despite some dirty tables. However, the bathroom were a little smelly and the staff is below par. Most importantly though, the morning shift manager is very rude and unpleasant. It’s like she just wake up and was forced to come to work ... no smile, no courtesy, no kindness, and useless. I am very disappointed with this Panera location as I was expecting a high level customer service considering the area in which this cafe is located. It is a bit pricey as well. The bagels were a little dry and the coffee was just warm (not hot) as the dispensers didn’t indicate the brewing times unlike other Panera locations. This place needs many improvements on the customer service level and the foods/drinks it offers.

Never get orders right. And service is usually very slow. Food is often missing from online pickup orders, even as the exact items are listed on the order receipt taped to the bag. Staff is frequently off task, which would not be an issue if the aforementioned food was not missing. Since it is missing, though, I am inclined to believe as a customer that the staff is too distracted to competently handle the task of making sure everything is in that bag. If you want the staff to actually acknowledge your presence you have to call to them in the back since they are usually on there phones.

I walked in to see a group of employees (black) huddled in the food prep area. After a couple of seconds a baker came from the back to take my order. My problem is that it seemed like the staff was standing around talking instead of completing orders. I ordered half of turkey and avocado BLT. With no one else in the store and not that many people dining in, I figured it wouldn’t take that long. I was one of two people waiting for their order. Soon became one of four as more people walked in. I’m not sure what took so long, but I was not put at ease when I saw not one but three employees standing around on their cell phone or talking with other employees or customers. When finally received my order after another employee came from the back to make my sandwich, I got to car to find that my turkey and avocado BLT did not have any avocado on it and the wrapper had residue of avocado and oil on it. I didn’t even feel like going back inside to fix the order in fear that I’d have to wait another 15 minutes in a near empty restaurant. Please do better my fellow young black people. This is customer service.

Been to Paneras all over the country and this is by far the worst one. Ordered a Strawberry Poppyseed Salad, it had no blueberries and instead of strawberries they gave me tomatoes. I guess since their both red it counts in their mind. There was barely any fruit, they completely cheated us out and basically just gave us lettuce and tomatoes. I get not having ingredients, but that could have been relayed to us and we probably would have changed our order. They just served it anyways, same thing with the Apple Fuji Salad, missing key ingredients like almonds and red onions but nothing was communicated. Then the Mediterranean Veggie sandwich was the sloppiest “sandwich” ever assembled. No regard to the customer, I had to reassemble the whole sandwich. Was surprised at just how bad this Panera was. Most Paneras are decent but this one is clear that everyone hates their job and just don’t care.

There were 5 or 6 people working .. 3 people in line to order... no one acknowledged anyone... and the woman in charge walked up to the counter on her phone... and just walked out without any notice of anyone and continued her conversation outside in front of the windows... then came back in to do her job. I don't like this Panera anyway... but I'll definitely avoid it as a meeting place now. I literally went next door and got a Pulp drink and brought it back into Panera's to meet my friend.
