Good food and good service. Used the self serve kiosk to get ahead in the line, it was really easy and fast. Clean inside and the food was good.

9/10/23 @ 05:14pm We just ordered Panera through door dash. We called because we needed to modify a little of the sandwich orders.. There is a serious food allergy and we wanted to minus it.. they said ok we got it we won't put that on sandwich.. We just got our order delivered and everything has what I'm allergic to on it.. Serious allergy to onions.. now I can't eat my food as it's covered in onions.. The receipt says it was inspected by "Tanya". The manager that was working and took out e call was very rude and disrespectful and dismissive to me on the phone.. They don't care about their customers and I do not recommend this place.

Food and customer service as well as atmosphere are all good and pleasant, if you go inside that is. If you want a "quick" bite to eat and want drive through panera. Prepare yourself to be waiting in line for upwards of 25 min with only 2 cars ahead of you. In summary excellent, but drive through is boo boo AF.

Kira was our catering coordinator, and she did an EXCEPTIONAL job. Our complete order was delivered on time and with a warm smile. She included a handwritten note to me thanking me for the business. She even did a follow-up call to make sure everything was ok. Everyone attending my meeting was thrilled with the lunch and, of course, we shared the yummy left overs. The catering was delivered in a sturdy Panera Bread bag with everything we needed for the meal. I am VERY impressed with this service and will definitely put Panera Bread Silverdale at the top of my list for my next catering need. Well done Panera Team!

The food is good, nice choice for lunch. Really My only complaint would be the menu. If you are a regular you probably can negotiate it easily. But for me it takes a bit to figure it out.

Sat for 20 minutes at their drive up window for a simple breakfast sandwich (there was no one else in line), when the food was finally ready all they did was throw it out the window and say "Here ya go". Worst customer service ever.

Normally I’m not a fan of writing reviews ESPECIALLY about service. Everyone has good or bad days and I don’t like basing my experience off of that, but I feel the need to share tonight events (4/12/23). I had placed a pick up order that unfortunately got snagged (it happens oh well) so I had to get some help. The first person I talked to was very nice (they’ve helped me before unfortunately I did not get their name) they immediately went and looked, when they couldn’t find it they got a manager. This manager was so extremely kind and bubbly. They figured out the issue and had my food remade. It only took a few minutes too which was awesome (shout out to the people making the food. Thank you for making it twice) AND THEN I get home open the bag and they left a little thank you treat. It may have just been a little gesture but it really made my night. I just want to say thank you to the Panera team for being absolute rockstar:)

It's good for fast food, but the drive-thru is painfully slow. Overpriced. Today a grilled cheese sandwich and large latte came to just over $16. Quality does not match the price.
