I've been a loyal customer of Panera Bread for years, but my recent visit left me extremely disappointed. It seems like there have been significant changes in management that have adversely affected the overall dining experience. The food I received was far from the quality I've come to expect from Panera. It lacked the freshness and taste that used to define this establishment. It's disheartening to see a place I once loved fall so far from its former glory. I truly hope that Panera Bread can address these issues and restore its previous reputation for delicious and satisfying meals. Until then, I'll have to think twice before returning.

Good food, good prices, good staff. But, frequently the wait is too much.

So this is the portion size not for a small $5.59 bowl of the broccoli cheddar. I asked someone working where the rest of it was and they said all the food comes pre packaged now, so they don't decide how much. So they don't even make this food on location anymore, the price went up, and the utensils I was given weren't even cleaned properly. My silverware felt and looked dirty and the plates did as well. I'm sad to say this will be my last time at this location and probably at a Panera Bread in general. It's just not worth it. I hope this helps people deciding whether or not to go make that choice.

I ordered bagels a day in advance to make sure there wouldn't be issues and that I could get the flavors I liked. When I arrived at my assigned "rapid pickup time" they hadn't even started my order. They were out of all but 2 flavors of bagel, neither of which I liked, and didn't even have enough bagels to give me. Never trusting Panera again.

I wanted to update my review since it's been two years: I've given this place a few chances here or there. Everytime it's been a regret. Today they sent me a sandwich on the wrong bread with a hole in it (they were out of all kinds of white bread somehow). Management doesn't seem to care and the food is worse every visit. We used to be regulars here but there has been a severe decline in food quality and service. Orders are quite regularly wrong and there has been hair in my food one too many time. The food isn't as good as it used to be and consistency is out the window, we will no longer be shopping here.

Terrible customer service! Dont order a delivery! My coffee was spiled in the Plastic back . They want me to come back to store for a refund or call doordash! They wasnt able to do anything….
