First time at this location. Used a $25 gift card. Food is fresh, but the Pick 2 promotion is misleading because there is no actual discount on purchasing 2 items. Did get half off dessert, but specialty drink did not count towards a meal drink. We shared our meal, but the cost added up to almost the whole $25.00. The cost of quality ingredients and real plates & silverware. Did enjoy eating outside in the sunshine under an umbrella. There is a monthly Unlimited Drink Club: $11.99 a month or $119.99 a year.

Bad trip today. Some coworkers and I chose Panera for lunch today as we often do. I decided to try a teriyaki warm bowl as did one of my other coworkers. We ordered the same time and my food came out about ten minutes after theirs. The more discouraging part was these delicious looking bowls came out literally half full, not as advertised. I was in over $17 for approximately 1 to maybe 1 1/2 cups of rice chicken and broccoli and an iced tea. The price is absolutely outrageous to scrimp on the food. Coming from a place that charges up to $10 for half a sandwich, this should not have surprised me. I enjoy their flat bread pizzas, but they're really out of touch on their prices. To add to it, you may know Panera requests a tip at checkout. Mind you, you pick up your own food, fill your own drink, take your own dishes over and sort the silverware from the plates, and usually have to wipe off your table. They should be offering you the tip. I'm very much over this place.

This Panera has the style as Starbucks years ago. It has ample seating outside, and well kept tables and flooring inside as well. I placed a Rapid Pick-Up order here during their opening Sunday. The coffee was quite bitter, but no fault to them (was piping hot). The reason why I give only three stars is because the customer service was NOT high class as the fixtures. NO one spoke or acknowledged me in any way. There were no customers with the exception of myself and another. They weren’t busy. In fact, an employee pulled up a chair and was sitting with the other customer. Anyway, just a small gesture can go a long way. I felt as the staff was only waiting for me to leave ( I applied the spread while I was there). Where’s the small town charm?

Food was pretty much just thrown together and lacked any amount of condiments it was supposed to come with. The interior is dirty and needs to be cleaned. The one exterior window had more dead bugs on it than one could possibly ever count. You can tell it was never cleaned once since the summer started. The workers were all very nice but the place needs some work.

3.5 stars Not sure if it’s because this location is always busy or what, but every time I go in they are low on bagels, breads, and pastries. Certain employees at the very front are friendlier and more attentive than others. They removed the cups from the self checkout station so now you have to wait for your order to come up before you can even get a drink. Was there yesterday for lunch and they forgot my side which is the first time that has happened but it was very busy so mistakes happen. Overall, the store is clean & the food is good.

The workers smirked & stared at me and my gf while we waited. The kid with the tattoos on his face didn’t use gloves to make our bagels. Very trashy atmosphere What can you expect hiring people with colored hair and face tattoos though..

Pretty busy on a Sunday afternoon but they managed to go above and beyond even though they appeared to be short staffed. The team lead kept his cool and the manager helped out with a smile. We got in and out quickly and our food was good.

Staff here are very warm. They greet you and clean up after you. Panera had gotten way too expensive though. Food was tasty. $23 for brownie, chili, fruit cup, sandwich and drink..
