Hopping on my device to do some work during morning hours, while grabbing some carbs and caffeine. The structure here has its character, with some dividers, not a fully open dining room view, which offers some semi-privacy. The kitchen counter crew and the register team are complementary and cordial. I would like to see the cleaning person, who is decent height, round, and wearing eyeglasses, having a more pleasant demeanor. Who often put on a blank face, with signs of chronic pain and uneasiness written all over her face. Understandably, we are all too human, resembling weather sometimes. Trust next time around, this management would be screening for more upbeat individuals with its ever expanding brand!

My go-to place for bagels and lunch meet-ups. Consistent, delicious, health conscious, and not, there is always something good at Panera. The cinnamon crunch and everything bagels are my faves, and their broccoli cheddar cheese soup in a bread bowl is great for a cold day soul warmer. I usually order on the app and swing by to pick it up, but their kiosk system and face to face ordering are usually pretty quick as well. Tuesday half-price bagels packs make it really affordable to have treats all week.

I don't believe this is the correct patties used for such a large breakfast sandwich. Well at least Id hope so. After the little bit of egg and sausage is gone all I'm left eating is bread. I'm gonna have to pass on their breakfast menu if this is case. I gave 3 stars because the staff always seems willing to help and the asiago bagel when warmed up correctly is delicious.

Most Panera Bread locations I’ve ever been to have bad customer service. It’s chain store sandwiches served with Michelin 5 star exclusivity. I personally don’t get the joke, but whatever. This location has clerks in the to go area who don’t even look up when a customer approaches the counter. But after your song and dance to get their attention, suddenly one looks up and is ultra professional straight down her nose at me. I mean, true, what could possibly be more professional than ignoring your customers, but whatever.

Terrible customer service. Every time we go to this particular location, they mess up our order. We specifically ask that a salad be made vegetarian and it comes out with either chicken or bacon bits. The last two times we went through drive-through, the orders were missing sandwiches and we had to go back. Also, they NEVER apologize for their mess-up's. Forget about calling them. They never pick up their phones. I called 2x about a missing order and the phone rang until the hang-up sound came on. I hope upper management sees all these critical reviews and takes corrective action. If we ever had a hankering for Panera, we would go out of our way NOT to patronize this location. Just awful.

I love the food at panera. My favorites are the BBQ chicken sandwich, the Mac and cheese, and the sesame Asian salad. I could eat that twice a week AT LEAST. I also LOVE LOCE LOVE some of their drink options. There was a yuzu citrus something, and like a fuji apple, mixing them together was so good. They are so refreshing, and it's a nice break from soda, tea, or lemonade. When we needed extra plates and silverware because we were sharing, the staff was really prompt and friendly. The dining area was clean, and the service was fast.

Seems more friendly or chatty. Guess the staff are trying to soup up, their own daily dose of caffeine or sugar, or it's just my lucky morning!

This Panera will definitely mess your order up at least 50% of the time. I might stop going to Panera all together just because of the san dimas/glendora location. Manager never apologizes or really even cares when mistakes happen. I've been to this place probably a dozen times and 10 times they forgot to put all the items in the bag when coming through the drive thru. They basically give no fs about customer service.
