Overall it’s a decent place to eat. The tomato soup is creamy and warm, but the warm bowl are made with frozen products and you can feel that. The avocado wasn’t defrosted enough to be eaten. It’s good that they still have vegetarian options.

I want to like this place. I want to smell the fresh bread or the soups. Instead I get the smell of burnt something. Maybe it’s the grills, the old coffee, I don’t know. The ambiance is comfortable. Patrons seemed to be enjoying the relaxed setting. It’s clean and inviting except for what I mentioned previously.

This has to be some sort of a health code violation. I got a sandwich and a salad. Lettuce in my salad was bad but the sandwich was even worse. Blackened avocado and stale lettuce. I go there once a year at most and every time I get disappointed.

I haven’t been to Panera in a while….Of course, the specialty should be the bread… but honestly the entire meal tasted like it was from a gas station. I feel bad but everything went wrong. The chicken wasn’t crispy as I had ordered it. There were maybe three pieces in the salad. It was iceberg lettuce… so it just tasted like water. The sandwich bread tasted like white cheap bread with sugar…. It was terrible. Just go next door to the steakhouse….sadly all the previous bad reviews feel dead on.

The store manager Rachel and her staff are amazing and very helpful when you’re unsure of what to order. They go out of their way and are enjoyable to talk to. It’s nice going somewhere to eat and you’re not rushed through by the staff plus they make you feel welcome with small talk while still focusing on getting their tasks done.

They are not keeping the same level of quality every time I go there. One time the coffee is watery and the second time is fine, so on and so forth. I experienced many delay orders, rude customer service, and bad behavior workers. It's a good place to dine in, plus it has free wifi for customers. Their thai soup is so yummy.

This place was bad. Like 3 pieces of turkey on a turkey bacon bravo. Ordered to go. The part that got me the most was that they only cut the bread of the sandwich. I know that sounds ridiculous. All the bread was cut, none of the meat, cheese, or lettuce was cut. We had to rip our sandwiches in two in the car. Then enjoy a mediocre sandwich that was mainly lettuce.

I do not blame any member of the staff but only the supervisor, manager, district and up the chain people for this locations failure to provide quality food and service which we expect from a chain as big as Panera. There is a reason for a Green 'V' marked on menu for vegetarian. None of the employees changed gloves to make veg sandwich in fact they made other meat sandwich prior making my veg sandwich with same gloves. We ordered 3 drinks out of which only one was made right and other 2 took 10 mins by the time I finished my bagel which was not toasted. (although I had requested tasted). Just because you in college town and making good numbers doesn't mean you are a good manager or district and /or even regional manager. Think before you step in this location. Go local.
