Never had item before ask what was it. Mediterranean warm bowl. Came in a bowl not bread bowl. Was told I should have said that at the beginning. Then she giggled. Was not pleased. And they got a tip for poor service. That's why you tip at the end never before. Do the job first.

Paid $16.88 + tip on grubhub for 2 bites of a sandwich (they forgot the meat) and a small handful of wilted iceberg lettuce with leftover pizza toppings. Biggest rip off.

This Panera location is wonderful every time I go there. It's generally quite busy and the employees are friendly, courteous, and do their job with a smile. The food came quickly and was exactly as ordered. The do such a wonderful job, and I am particularly grateful for how well they take care of my dear friend Ed, who is a retired veteran who eats there nearly every day. When he was in the hospital recently, I went to get him lunch and thr manager knew exactly what to prepare for him. Thank you so much for the care and consideration you show your customers. It is so appreciated! :)

Whoa Panera, take it easy on the meat! I'm not trying to have leftovers for the next 10 days! And I'd appreciate it if my sandwich even had more topping-less, all-bread bites. I mean, who likes actual toppings on a $13 sandwich?

Food was ok, place could use a good cleaning. Having to wipe your own table before you can eat at it is a bit much... panera has this down to a science... they do little to nothing to help the customer after the order. Then they want a tip! Might be giving Panera a break for a while.

Got there at a busy time and had a bit of a line to place my order. There could have been a bit more help at that time. I had a bowl of soup..that's it...over $8. So a bit pricey for sorta fast food. The soup was good and management keeps an area reserved once a month for our high school reunion committee.

This place was filthy, and the young kids working there were sick in their phones. We had to wait both mornings for the coffee to be made.

You pick two. Pictured is the Caesar salad with chicken and creamy tomato soup
