User Reviews

Overall my experience at Panera was great. The food was well-made and correctly made according to our order. The store itself was clean and well-kept. The staff was friendly, however there was few interactions due to their ordering kiosks that do not require interaction with people. I honestly feel that their prices could be lowered a bit for what you get.

Panera has a service to text you when your order is ready, so you don't come to the store and wait for your order. Except this location will tell you your order is ready, even when it isn't, so that their service times look better. How does that help the customer? I received a text that my order was ready, got there 10 minutes later, and was told it would be another 10 minutes before my order was ready. No concern for the customer or their time, just worried about how their response times look to corporate.

I used to so enjoy to dine at Panera. The salads were so good and fresh. The selection of sweets was amazing. I could enter at any time and find a sweet treat and beverage to take care of a crave. Some time ago they stared using that bagged lettuce. I am what is considers a taster: a certain percentage of people can taste flavors others can not. For instance I taste Green in some very dark green veggies which remain not one of my favs! I also taste chemicals others do not, so bagged lettuce tastes like formaldehyde to me. How do I know? I took an anatomy class. So out went my fav salads. Unfortunately this has happened at most restaurants. Forget just dropping in for a sweet treat. The counter is about empty and most often filled with many croissants. No or minimal selections of cookies, scones, muffins….I just can’t count on even enjoying a chocolate chip cookie. And, this is at 12:20 in the afternoon with lines out the door. How can you not have your specialty items ready to refill the counter this early in the day? One would think that Panera should be ready to support their supply and demands? I had the Tomato Soup with a piece of focaccia bread and butter. Soup was on the very tart side. Not very warm. Bread lacked flavor and seemed to be missing salt. Purchased one of the last 5 brownies($9.00 lunch). There were only kitchen sink cookies(6),brownies (5), plain croissant (10), chocolate (10), orange scones (2),one of three different muffins, bear claws(6)pretty good guesstimates/remembrance. The rest of the counter empty and I was told that was all they had at 12:20. My brownie was nothing to talk about. I have had better that come individually wrapped, located in the isle as I have waited to cash out at various check out counters. All and all too much money for the product. I will not return.

I went in to pick up an online order. The window was busy so I waited around 15 minutes. I watched my name on their screen continue to say "we're getting it ready," while those that placed an in- person order after I arrived received theirs. I finally asked if there was an estimated time on my order. The cook said he didn't see a ticket for it yet. I waited ten more minutes and it still wasn't done.

Visited this location on 08/31/23 evening they had a person in the back with it looked like pajamas on and a bonnet working I don’t now exactly what she was doing but dressed that way was totally inappropriate she also was back there sneezing all over the condiments it was disguising. Another young lady had on sandals and dirty cloths it appeared she worked there but maybe was off that day but she was behind the counter and playing around with the other employees. It was just very unprofessional. I won’t be visiting that location again!! I have pics also

The staff went out of their way to help me get exactly what I wanted. Well done!

Tried the pepperoni mozzarella melt. It looked good in the photo, but I was surprised it had a single layer of thin pepperoni slices and very little sauce. There was a layer of mozzarella which was a decent portion. My first surprise was that unlike the photo, allI I saw when I unwrapped it was bread. I think you might want to take a look at the menu photo and instructions for making the sandwich. What I got could not be what your corporate kitchens intended. I apologize that I did not bring it back or take a photo. If you are curious regarding how it looked just take a picture of the toasted bread. I gave it two stars instead of one because it is the first bad experience ever with Panara.

Usually these places are great, thus one us one of the worst ones I have ever stopped at. It took 30 minutes for my food which was macaroni and cheese with a greek salad. The notification box never went off to let me know it was ready so after 15 minutes I started asking about the order they said the box has not gone off so, no it is not ready! I waited until 30 minutes and asked again and a manager. So he checked and said ohhhh it's done sorry there must be something with the box to notify me. He handed my food, the mac and cheese was cold and hard, I took it back and they said oh we will get another one for you, he grabbed a bag microwaved it and opened the bag poured it into a bowl and sanded it to me, picture us how it looked. I ate and left. Not as very good experience.
