User Reviews

I had an opportunity to hang a with a brother, and I took advantage of the dine in order. It was nice. I rated it a 4 due to an associates ability to handle onlin customers. The customers can on order based on the way the website is configured. When customers miss certain details, they should not be responsible for how the order turns out. I will still go to this location regardless. Everything else was fine 🙂

I had a bridal emergency this morning out caterer shut down without warning and I run to this location. The staff went above and beyond to help me get this thing back on track. They are amazing and we’re kind helpful and understanding. You guys ready saved the day and I wanted to give you a big thank you. My hero’s of the day!

Spent nearly 30 minutes in drive through. Got trapped there. Person taking order wasn't sensitive to the wait. Said, 'well, we're busy..." Out of soup I wanted and didn't receive a receipt for order. Very off putting experience. Be a while coming back.

They were out of croutons and chips. The chicken noodle soup did not have much chicken or noodles, and it was watery and all the pop at the pop machine was flat. We got the toasted steak and white cheddar which had hardly any meat on it. In addition, I also did let them know the pop was flat and they asked which one I said all of them and they made no effort to remedy this situation. The staff was not friendly and the food was $52 for three, you pick 2. Also, my French onion soup was barely warm and when I asked for bread in it because they were out of croutons, they looked dazed and confused. We will not be going back to panera anytime soon. Save yourself the trouble and get some fast food it will probably be better.

Ordered through drive thru, Paid, sat for a while. Lady came to window asked what we needed. Finally got drinks, waited again no one came back. Had to go in the pouring rain to get it. 15 minutes at least.

I ordered soups on DD. They were missing bread bowls and croutons. The drink was missing straw too. Mac&Cheese bowl was almost half empty. Who ever made my order, you suck! Never ordering again.

Food is great, but $30 for lunch: a salad, a dessert and beverage is way over the top. The server I had was also very cheerful but way overworked due to not enough help. I don't plan to return.

This is by far the worse Panera I've been to. EVERY order something is missing or incorect. How is that possible? The teens that work there have terrible attitudes, and their barely-out-of-teens manager is just as bad. This place needs an overhaul! I hope the owner reads these reviews.
