User Reviews

Not overrun with people at lunch. Service was impeccable. Food was generous and very good. Great spot!

Coffee area was not clean. Dirty floors in the back. Manager not friendly. I am not going back to this Pikesville location in the near future.

In general, Panera quality is fairly consistent throughout the different states. Pretty consistent food and I like it. The only downside is that Panera continues to raise their prices fairly regularly. I used to be able to get a U-Pick 2, a few years ago for about $8. Some u- pick 2's can now cost up to $14 if you pick specialty items in the U-Pick 2. Unfortunately, the prices have gone high enough to make it comparable to fairly nice sit-down restaurants. Occasionally, I would choose a nice restaurant because I'll be paying the same amount of money.

Panera is a chain that has been reviewed many times. This branch is typical of all the restaurants in the chain. This Panera is difficult to see from the road so it helps to know it's in this particular strip mall. The food is fresh. The menu items are prepared promptly once you order them at the counter. They tell you your number, which is also printed on your receipt, but they don't give you a number and then deliver your order to the table. Instead, they just call out your number, and if you're not hearing impaired, you go to the desk and pick up your order. Our table had not been cleaned. I deducted two stars for that. Fortunately, my wife heard our number being called so she got our food when it was ready. She had lobster mac and cheese. I had the lobster roll. As you can see from the picture, the lobster roll had all claw meat with a sauce on a hot dog bun. It tasted good. There was plenty of lobster meat. My wife's lobster mac and cheese had plenty of lobster meat, too. There's ample free parking out front. If you don't mind tables with crumbs all over, this is a good place to eat.

Great chili with shredded cheese!!! Carmel latte was perfect cup!! Well done by entire staff. Friendly, warm ambience!!!

They didn't get my order right, and gave me a little bit of salad like it was for my son or daughter...

Food is good but I've never been here once where they've gotten the order correct on the first try.

I love Panera. The food is good. For the first time I tried the Summer Corn Chowder and had the grilled cheese. My cousin and her mom had a apple crisp salad which I did get to sample. I LOVE the food including their blueberry muffins. They are always fresh and you can taste every flavor that bursts in your mouth. Now this location had some downfalls. The bathroom did not have any towels, and the trashcan was overflowing, and I also found the counter near the microwave very dirty and dusty. The service was impeccable, but all in all I was satisfied. Oh they need handicap accessible parking and ramp.
