The food is good the service was horrible. I had a to go order, first the app told me the order was ready 15 minutes before it was ready. Than they forgot two of the items the brownie and the drink

So been here many times. First time I used the men's restroom. OMG! Absolutely disgusting! Makes me wonder how well they clean the kitchen. Totally stinks like pee and you can visibly see that they don't scrub or mop. Gross!

Worse Panera I have ever been. The customer service was trash. They forgot my sandwiches.. how do you forget sandwiches when you are literally known to make sandwiches. So I drive back and told the two ladies in the back that my order was incomplete. They both laughed and made it again. Never did they apologize for their mistake. When I got home the sandwiches were missing their vegetables all but one piece of onion. It was only meat and bread. Not just that but it was only hard pieces of deli meat. None of it was edible unless I wanted to just eat the bread. By far the worse experience. If it could have 0 stars it would.

I always wonder why the Chick-fil-A is so busy when Panera is so delicious. My guess is because the drive-thru is closed more often than it's open during business hours. Curbside delivery is definitely not a thing even though they say it is, so be prepared to go inside to hunt down your meal. Sometimes it's on the shelf, sometimes it's behind the counter, you never know. They must be understaffed and it's too bad because it's my favorite to go food in Stone Hill Center.

Food tastes great and all that, yet inconsistent with portions, 1out of 3 would be unfairly small. Feels like a love hate relationship. Hope this helps.

The chairs are very torn up and need to be reupholstered or just renovated and replaced. This is unusual for a Panera Bread. The food was ready very quickly which was unusual and welcome, but my tomato soup wasn't very hot. I get hotter tomato soups from schlotskys, and that's even after making the trip home in a bag. Everything else was as expected for a Panera. I ordered via the kiosk which lets me use Panera rewards by signing in. The smoothie is $5.99 and doesn't taste like it should be $5.99.

I love Panera, one of the best restaurant chains. This location, 18701 Limestone Commercial Dr, Pflugerville, TX 78660, is still closed due to short staff

I ordered the 2 chicken avocado melt and tomato soup. The food was prepared in a timely fashion and I can honestly say they did an outstanding job! Met Isiah the assistant manager on duty and cook, we expressed a small concern. He was extremely understanding and very respectful. Isiah thanked us for sharing our concerns and shook my husband’s hand. He is a sweetheart ♥️. I will be returning back. Keep up the great work Isiah!
