This location is definitely not up to par. The dining room was super dirty, broken lamp on table, stuff all over the walls, they were out of pagers so when we walked up to get the food it had been sitting there and wasn’t hot. The portions seem to be getting smaller… probably won’t return to this location ever again.

Why is this place ALWAYS so slow? I can get in the drive thru and have no car in front of me and they won't even answer the mic for s verbal minutes...come on with "I'll be with you in a moment" several 'moments' go by and it's about 5-10 before they take my sip club order (literally all I am getting 80% of the time) and I have 2 babies sleeping or trying to sleep in the car and we all know how long stops go with that. Screaming by the end ... everytime. There has been at least 3-4 occasions in the last month where I've had to pull up to the window and tap on it and they tell me that it never told them there was a car there. I wrote this entire message...sitting at the speaker, waiting.... still haven't even told them my complex one drink order.

Our food was delicious. This is about management - bakery goods were not out and we arrived 832pm. - coffee wasn’t available - food came up without water bottles. My wife asked twice excuse me sir to the person.better dressed and he didn’t hear us, but a gal asked what. - nobody greeted us. Food was set in counter without a single work of thanks enjoy and just plain old weak service. Especially since it took 8 minutes for us to use the Kiosk as some items were out we ordered and then had to find substitutes. There is no such thing as bad employees, only weak management. Another prime example of a national company trying to take advantage of the situation that are country is in! It's always been tough to swallow the concept of paying extra for a half of a sandwich! Now that they've jacked their prices up because they absolutely have to make a fortune off of you, the half of a sandwich is absolutely ridiculously priced and they have cut down on the quality as well and they have cut down on the amount of people working in the store. So your customer service has gone down as well! I would have avoid this place at all costs and your cost will be great! It's time to take these national chains where they need to be, they need to start recognizing who pays their bills and that they are not on the United States welfare system supported by the citizens of this country! Absolutely a rip-off what they are trying to charge for the quality of food and service that they give you. Absolutely a total rip-off and I hope their doors shut down soon or they come to life and figure out how their bills get paid, they get paid by customers and you won't have customers. If you decide that you want to charge way too much money for a freaking half of a sandwich, let me say that again a half of a sandwich! What a freaking rip off. Off I would stay away from this place at all costs and every single one of their chains until they decide that they recognize where their money comes from and they actually have to give something for it! What a joke! What a complete joke. A half of a sandwich, just just think of that! Is 12 bucks now! Probably higher by the time I posted this review because they need more money. Hurry up and give them money. They have to have money they need as much as they can. So please give them money please please please. They're having a hard time. The pandemic hurt them. It's really really sad. Please please give them money or not! There are lots of sandwich places around this restaurant that are giving you a full sandwich for the same price and it actually has meat on it! And the people that work there don't act like they're doing you a favor by showing up! How pathetic how pathetic. I can't even believe they're still doing business!

The most horrible experience ever, The problem is it's not the first time. I had no idea. It's a new style to cut bagels. Problem is you see what are you doing wrong and put them in the bag and send them home with the customer. That's what I got when I was home. I couldn't eat them was impossible and I was so upset. It's okay to do mistakes. It's not okay to not correct them immediately. .

I really like their menu, but the place is always untidy. Their freshly brewed coffees are not strong at all, but organic juices are superior in taste as compared to other restaurants. Their vanilla chai latte has changed significantly in taste, however their food is healthy and good, and on cold days, I opt for their bread bowls with chicken noodle soup. Shout out to the amazing Anita and her beautiful British accent and her patience. She is not only helpful but so informative about the menu.

I decided to get a coffee (chocolate frozen cold brew) for myself and when I came to the window to pay and pick up my order she handed me a coffee that was loaded with chocolate syrup. I kindly asked her if I could get it with less chocolate syrup, and made it clear I wasn’t trying to be picky but there was just way too much syrup. Well she said it would be an extra 5 minutes and I told her that’s fine. Well they remade my coffee and it tasted like straight creamer, it had no coffee in it, and it was still loaded with chocolate syrup. At this point I was over it and just thanked her and left. That is ridiculous, and I won’t be coming to this location again. I go to Paneras all the time and this is the first one that has been so rude, unprofessional, and hateful over a coffee. This location has also been the first one that I’ve ever even had to make a complaint about. I don’t recommend this location at all. 9/16/23 around 3:45pm is when I picked up my coffee.

The computer system went down right when I placed my online order. When I arrived my order was late coming up. When asked the manager they had lost my order. But the polite and respectable attitude from the manager and the way buisness was conducted is what earns this 5 star review. Even with multiple people missing orders staff stayed calm and collected.
