Even though the food was good, the experience was dismal: • While I was waiting for my food, two young adult employees, one man and one woman, were flirting on the job right in front of me while deciding who would make my order, which was the ONLY order that was left on the screen, with the man saying how he hates making the sandwich I made, which is a Green Garden Caprese Melt, so the lady he was with said that he would make the sandwich “just for him.” • When I received the email, it said that I would have it by 4:56pm EST, and I didn’t receive it until 5:10pm all because nobody noticed my order on the screen and were slacking off. • Upon receiving my order, my melt had to be separated through my own efforts (which I don’t mind but seriously though). • On top of having to split my own sandwich, they never gave me my cup that I ordered with my sandwich, chips, and bowl of soup. • As I was throwing my napkin away, I found the trash can filled to the brim. The Panera Bread located at the Strip Plaza in North Canton, Ohio IS NOT worth wasting your time and money on - I DO NOT recommend it and I will never come to this location in the future!

Super helpful staff. Swift service. Delicious protein bowls..i love the tomato miche bread to take home, it is good with tuna n chicken ..or just by itself with a little butter. Service with a smile. Thank you. 6 27 23

I have been traveling to several different Panera Bread’s to study at in preparation for boards. This one is different. The environment is different. Staff are always friendly, team communicates with each other well, and the GM is very involved. The first time I saw him carry an old woman’s plate to her table I thought it was very nice. But then I saw him do it serval more times for many people. He is very involved in the daily flow and customer interaction. This store is very clean and fast with food. This is by far my favorite location.

Ate lunch here with girlfriends while shopping. Love Panera & eat at them wherever I am. Love their sour dough soup bowls best! It was especially good the day we ate there when it was rainy & chilly😉

The food is always good here. Ordered a bread bowl and after I was waiting for my food the cashier told me they were out of bread bowls. I asked if I could get a credit since it is cost more and she just stared at me and said I could choose any soup I want... I don't think she understands what a credit or refund means.

Workers stood around and talked at length while customers lined up. One sandwich every 5 mins were made. Staff moved at the pace of a sloth. Horrible service. 1 star is too much.

Food was good, many tables unclean, refused to give napkins out, manager didn't order enough? Staff seems very sub-par.

I recently visited Panera Bread for a quick lunch and to get some work done. I must say, I've had mixed experiences, but I'm still willing to give it an average 3-star rating. On the positive side, the coffee and cookies are fantastic. Their coffee is consistently good – it's rich, smooth, and satisfying. The cookies are large, fresh, and delicious, making for the perfect sweet treat alongside my cup of joe. The free Wi-Fi and comfortable seating also made it an ideal spot to settle in and get some work done. However, the overall food quality seems to have gone down compared to my previous visits. My salad, in particular, was a disappointment. The lettuce was slimy, and it seemed like it hadn't been washed properly. The other ingredients were lackluster and didn't provide the freshness I was expecting. This was a real letdown, as I've previously enjoyed some tasty and wholesome meals at Panera. The staff was friendly and attentive, which somewhat made up for the less-than-stellar food experience. However, I believe that Panera Bread needs to address the declining food quality to maintain its reputation as a go-to lunch spot. In summary, if you're looking for a great cup of coffee and a delicious cookie, Panera Bread is worth a visit. Just be prepared for the possibility of an underwhelming meal if you decide to try their salads or other offerings.
