User Reviews

We tried tuna sandwiches and it was moderate taste. Drinks are not that much tasty but expensive. They should have more fish menus.

I live in Moline, Illinois. So...I take my lunch a little early and decide to make the trip to Panera for soup. Normally, I buy the Broccoli and Cheddar from the supermarket, but decided to "treat" myself instore. Cutting to the chase...the girl who took my order seemed really nice and attentive. The store was not crowded despite it being right before lunchtime. I order my soup, everything bagel, toasted with cream cheese. Order makes it to the other counter at reasonable time. The lady in the back preparing the order even smiled and said hello and that my order will be right up. Feeling like things are going my way today I didn't bother to check as the lady handed me the bag after repeating my order. I get back the my office, look in my bag and there is a split bagel and a piece of bread. there is top bagel that has already been split : 1. The bread was clearly torn from the loaf, not sliced; 2. I asked for cream cheese and there was none. 3.The soup was both LUKE WARM and a bland imitation of the store-bought version, had a terrible aftertaste and was so think that it started to get cold the moment I opened the container. 4. The bread items were NOT wrapped in a napkin, sleeve, NOTHING! Just Naked Bread, so Everything bagel crumbs were everywhere. THE BONUS KICKER that prompted this review... 5. There was a knife in the bag, NO SPOON. So no cream cheese but a knife to spread it with, Soup, but no spoon to eat it with! Given that I am NOT accustomed to writing complaints because I am unaccustomed to receiving decent service these days, I thought that Panera bread as one of those places (like Starbucks) that I could get a heathy customer service experience. I was so wrong. When I pay my HARD EARNED MONEY, I deserve better.

Good food, but prices are ridiculous. 7.99 for half a chicken sandwich, and it is severely lacking. That's all the chicken and cheese I get for this price?

Decent place for a bite, but a bit expensive for what you get in my opinion. Decently clean, and had a very nice cashier.

The best Panera Bread we've experienced. A little hard to get in and out of the parking lot, but that's a trait of many Panera Bread we've seen. They seem to run out of things early, but that also seems to be a trait of Panera Breads. The food and service we've received at this Panera Bread make it worthy of five stars.

The cashier was an absolute pleasure. They really made my day when we connected over similar hair choices. The food was great too.

My many favorite places. Live 1 hour away. Lots of food, specialty drink variety

Pretty good place and food is awesome, but little congested especially if you go in winters.
