Inconsistent. When it's good, it's good! But that's about every 3-4 times we go. This time was enough for me. 2 of our 3 sandwiches had the bread turned sideways on the top? My chicken salad sandwich (what I order every time) had about 1/4 of the chicken salad it normal has (pic attached, the other side had a little more but still not enough! I assumed it was the lighter side when eating the first half... there is always one!). It was mainly lettuce. No pickles tonight... again, inconsistent! They are normally the bottom of the barrel looking and limp. So I guess not a huge loss. I called to let them know what happened. I don't mind paying for my food... but like any other upset customer I just wanted to be acknowledged. Instead I got an awkward silence and then, "well I can't refund you over the phone. So you can either come in or talk to a manager. " uh... ok. How about just tell the people making the sandwiches to do it right? Especially for the prices!! I was quickly reminded why we took a break from Panera.

This place just keeps getting worse. We have an office upstairs. The other day someone put tea in the Hazelnut Coffee dispenser. I had mixed a little ice coffee to cool things off, I took a sip and it haunted me all day. Not one apology. They even argued me about it until one of the guys went over and smelled it, "that's tea, this is suppose to be coffee". He took the canister and didn't say anything to me. I waited for 15 minutes for fresh coffee... and it's not even that good. Starbucks is across the street so maybe my team and I should just start making that a habit. Over the weekend there were at least 10 people standing around waiting for coffee because they were out. I guess the children running this place forgot that it's also a coffee shop. Today I got a $20+ wet mini sandwich in a bag and a tablespoon of horrible, I mean disgusting soup. The management is rude and should possibly look for jobs that don't require them to interact with people. I know it's difficult working in the food industry but this company has been doing it for years. You'd think they'd have it figured out, do better training. And for these prices! Jimmy Johns is around the corner. More food, cheaper and freaky fast! I could go on but I think I'm just going to continue to share my experiences with our visitors and I'm looking forward to moving our studio somewhere closer to a location with more quality options. I'm from St Louis, the home of Panera Bread and have always been a big supporter. But lately prices and service has become ridiculous!

Let me start by saying I love Panera and I've been to so many locations but THIS one, is by far one of my favorites. Of course the food is overpriced at all Panera's, but the soup is amazing and honestly, the workers at this location do a really great job with food prep and overall service. I also order a lot of food and it can really be hit or miss but my experience with this location has truly been great! They always make sure they follow any special instructions and ensure all my food is included. Overall, this location does a great job, definitely recommend this store!

I had the worst experience after ordering Sandwiches and Soup from this store. The chicken soup had no chicken plus it was very salty and not edible. The soup at Kings Soopers is way better than at Panera Bread for 1/4th of the price. The worst part was after I complained to their customer service, I was told someone from the store would give me a call to address my concerns, but no one from the store bothered to contact me. Its been 3 weeks since I raised my concern and no response at all. I have stopped ordering from this store for their pathetic service and zero accountability!!

I went in at 10:15 for a bagel. They were almost sold out. Nothing but Asiago and Cinnamon. The blue berry muffin was average. Coffee was good as usual.

Chloe was kind and courteous to not only me but also to everyone else. She was very patient with an elderly man who was hard of hearing.

Almost no meat on a $16 sandwich. About 15 chips in the bag that comes with. Only 1 or 2 tables that 5 of us to sit at and they were full. I hate giving 1 star reviews but Panera has gone so far down hill that it is deserved this time.

Standard Panera fare. Good but not great breakfast sandwich. A nice location to have a business meeting near Park Meadows.
