I received a completely different sandwich than I ordered and didn't notice until I got home. When I returned, the woman that I spoke with, apologized for the inconvenience and promptly had the staff make me another sandwich. She then went above and beyond and refunded the cost of the sandwich to compensate for having to travel back to remedy the error. I didn't expect her to refund my money and she didn't have to, but nonetheless she did and it was greatly appreciated. Overall the food quality is always good and I honestly can't say that I've ever had anything from this establishment that wasn't good. It's frustrating to have your order wrong, but mistakes happen and we all make them. Kudos for them handling the mistake the way they did.

I had lunch at Panera Bread and ordered the turkey avocado BLT sandwich. The sandwich was well-made, with fresh bread, juicy turkey, and creamy avocado. The service at Panera Bread was excellent. The atmosphere at Panera is casual and relaxed. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, and there is plenty of seating. Here are some additional details about my experience: I spent about $15 per person for lunch. I highly recommend the turkey avocado BLT sandwich. There was plenty of parking available in a free parking lot. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible.

Food is fantastic. But the fact that my coffee was missed with my lunch order. And then was the wrong size even with the order was stuck to it was annoying. The woman told me I got what I paid for. She needs to study the sizes. I get the same thing all the time. It wasn't the right size, and didn't match up with what was on the receipt. Even when I showed her. Granted they were very busy, I did point it out and was told I'm wrong. The customer isn't always right.. but, I certainly was.

We ordered over an hour ahead online, but our order was still not ready when we arrived. I had to wait an additional 10+ minutes. I ordered the "Family Feast" for $38.99 plus tax. The description reads, "A meal to feed the whole family... Serves 4-6." They must be referring to a family of gnomes. The salad was smaller than what I usually eat by myself. I'd say it would feed three normal adults at best. They also got our order wrong. The food was pretty good, but not worth the price and aggravation.

Horrible experience again. The Flatbread was cold and they didn't bother to cut it and 1 of our sandwiches had almost no meat and barely any avocado. Done with Panera. Horrible for the past year! Ripped off.

It's nice enough inside. Your average or probably slightly above average Panera Bread. When they get my order right, it's exciting! Always check though... Accuracy comes and goes.

I usually come to this Panera and I love it which is why I gave two stars but today I was eating my sandwich when my friend pointed out something weird on my bread, which was mold. I had already eaten half of the sandwich at that point which made me just feel disgusting knowing that if my friend never caught I would’ve eaten the whole thing unknowingly. I am very disappointed as I love Panera very much.

I ordered online, I always ask for extra Mayo because I almost never get any and instead I got the whole damn bottle…who in their right mind is going to eat something like this unless they plan on just spooning the Mayo. this is nasty and not worth the $23 on delivery.
