Breakfast Menu "Panera Bread" Lake Ronkonkoma

I'd love to know the logistics behind you guys not putting butter on a toasted bagel on a to go order. Ordered 2 toasted bagels with butter and the butter is in little containers in the bag. Makes zero sense to me. So now i have 2 cold bagels that I have to reheat to butter myself. Oh, and the pizza sucks

After already having an incident with Cafe Amici, I decided to give takeout one more fair shot. Opened the to-go box to eat my Cesar salad and found this little guy in the bottom. I guess they wanted me to have extra protein. All I can say is I will not be coming back here ever. Officially grossed out. I will be bringing this back to the Ronkonkoma location and requesting a refund. And will not be eating takeout for a while. The backstory to this order: waited 20 minutes for a curbside order without parking in a curbside spot. All curbside spots were taken. Had to go in to ask someone if they got my order only for the cashier to come out and give it to me after I went in and asked if it was done. She gives me the bag and says: “I didn’t know if you wanted your drinks because you didn’t come in and get them.” Oh I’m sorry, I didn’t know curbside meant get out of your car and get it yourself. She was speaking to me like I was her friend and I didn’t appreciate it. So I ordered drinks just to waste money and for my health? I’ve been coming to this location for a while and I’ve seen how they operate. But I mean cmon. Management needs to get more involved and re-train their employees on how to properly speak to people.

I am customer of Panera bread over 15 years and I love to going there at least 3 time a week , I usually go there in the morning to get a breakfast and I always get good service never had problems.. today I went there with my girlfriend at 8:30 PM. They normally close at 9 PM. There was a gentleman who is in charge. his name is (Darius) He gave me a very bad attitude because we went there at 8:30 PM. That’s why we didn’t enjoy the food and the time we spend there… I will never go there again if you don’t like what you do don’t do it if you’re not happy, don’t work.

I was there today 3/21/23 Time 4:00pm. The young lady who is on cash YALL NEED TO KEEP HER!! I run a business and if I could steal her I would! She is so nice. Knowledgeable, and quick. She's the reason I'm also joining the sip club. Idk what you are paying her but double it!!!!

I haven't been to Panera in years. I decided to give it another try. I ordered the pick 2, when I opened my sandwich, this is all of the meat in my sandwich. I complained and I was told that they weigh the meat and that's all that I was entitled to. For $15 I could have had 3 sandwiches with meat and vegetables from Subway. I guess I chose wrong for dinner. Very disappointed and feel like I was ripped off.

Very clean location. Food was great. No staff in front of store and we waited a few minutes before anyone greeted and took our order. Staff was polite, but not very friendly. Everyone enjoyed their meal.

The music here is played so loud I can hear it through my headphones. Not a very good environment to sit and do work in. Coffee is also very bland here.

Usually happy ordering, but this time, not so much. They were very Rude! Definitely an language barrier with the pick up counter. They forgot some of my order, tried to tell them... they ignored me initially, then didn't believe me. My drinks were also missing....Slammed the cups down and walked away. They still forgot my scones, but, I just got a refund. Not a good experience. 😕
