I am and will forever be grateful for your Team Manager, Maria at your Inverness Florida location! She was kind and welcoming as we ordered, but later during our meal, my son’s truck was smoking and seemed to have a fire. A customer came in to make her aware, and she jumped into action. Directed employees to find us while she monitored the situation outside. She stayed with us and helped us figure out going above and beyond what any employee would. She has knowledge with vehicles and helped us with the fire department. When all settled, she brought us out a ring of pastries to brighten a dark situation. She is a hero. In every way you could define the word. I don’t know what would have happened if she didn’t do everything exactly the way she did. You have life long customers with us!

Ordered off the app for pick up. Got our food and left.. The rice in my bowl was stone cold without the Salsa verde sauce I requested. The tomatoes had spots on them, ended up throwing the whole thing out. My daughter ordered a frontega with no tomatoes and with extra onions. It came with extra Tomatoes and no onions. Unfortunately we were already on the other side of town when we discovered this mess and still had 2 hours to drive so we couldn't do anything about it. Spent $70 and got food 2 of us couldn't eat.

Considering their sandwiches are almost $10 for a half! You definitely should be getting more then a spoonful of tuna!!!!

Noah you are not at fault personally, but for you to hold a title such as manager, you’ve got a long way to go buddy. You didn’t ONCE ask for my name, my order number, my address …. How were you going to refund my money which was your only resolution to my entire order being wrong? You never once asked for my information , you were very passive aggressive with the way you spoke. I as the customer should not have to call door dash and say “hey I know your driver didn’t do anything wrong, but can you send them back out on a tip less delivery to fix what PANERA messed up? I am a frequent door dash user and do not want the reputation of someone who does that. Shame on you Noah. Seriously, whoever trained you should be embarrassed for your lack of respect to the customer when it comes to situations such as these. Don’t worry about it though, I’ll throw this 50$ order in the trash and never ask for my money back because that’s the customer I am. You’ll just lose my business forever . It is so infuriating when your only resolution is “we will refund your money” . I ordered because I was hungry and needed dinner . Funny how your receipt says “ Accuracy Matters. If your order is not right, please let a manager know”. On the line where a signature should be for quality control, it sits blank. Thank you Panera for ruining my dinner and my night.

Out of bread for the pick 2 meal before 6PM. Out of several choices on the menu. Mac and cheese was ice cold as was the toasted roll my sandwich was on. Friendly people just the worst Panera I have ever eaten at. We tried again in the hopes out previous visit was a bad day for the establishment. We were sooooo wrong! We have tried a couple times in the last few weeks and the last time was at 1100 and it was the worst experience we have ever had at Panera. almost no bakery items, no bagels, no bread, and half of what we asked for was not available from their menu. We attempted to order a pick 2 and was told they didn't have the sandwich or side for me, and did not have the sandwich my wife ordered. Mine was simple - Chicken Sandwich and Mac and Cheese with baguette. Nope - try again is what I got. I asked for a different sandwich and side and they were unavailable also. My wife ordered and was told they were unavailable so we asked what they had. The person at the counter just turned and pointed to the menu board. I said we ordered from that and were told no, so what was available? She said most things were unavailable. We left and got our sandwiches elsewhere. Sorry excuse for a Panera and the manager needs to be retrained and so does the staff. Maybe cooperate should take an interest in how their name is being trashed at this store.

I got my order fast. Good value for the portion sizes. Very friendly service.

I go here every almost every Tuesday for bagel Tuesday. Their bagels are the best. The only one I have not tried was asiago cheese bagel but I don’t mind. Their cheddar broccoli soup also is very good. My favorite location to eat breakfast.

With the new duet for $6.99. I can eat at Panera every day. The food is always delicious.
