We picked up an order and most of it was fine. But they gave VERY little dressing for the salad so I could only enjoy maybe half of it. There was ZERO cheese on the Chicken Frontega Sandwich and VERY little chicken. After I fed my 1 yo part of a fruit cup, I found a hair in it. So I opened the other one to get some out and there was a hair in it, too! I’ll drive to Beavercreek over going to Huber location again.

Good Ole Hubertucky - never fails to disappoint. Poor service, misleading menu and outrageously priced for such medial quality. Caveat emptor- don't let them screw you with their "Pick 2" scheme - in every other decent restaurant I have been in, Pick 2 means base price covers the 2 items - not here lmao - these swindlers charge full price for both items and can't even explain why Pick 2 is misleading - was told to contact corporate - THATS YOUR JOB TO KNOW YOUR FRACKIN MENU!!! Take my advice - if you vote with your wallet, avoid this $$ trap at all costs!!

Unlikely to order from this location again. Last night I ordered the chicken caprese baguette (overall very good) and the Mediterranean chicken bowl. The bowl came in a soup cup instead of the standard shallow bowl it usually comes in so it was maybe half the size it normally is. They also only put a couple of cucumbers and a very small amount of feta in (despite me asking/paying for extra of both) and then they put avocado in- which absolutely doesn’t belong.

The drive thru is extremely slow and it doesn’t seem to matter if I go there or DoorDash my order is always messed up. I literally just tried to call to voice my frustration and the phone just rang and rang until it disconnected me. I don’t think I can ever go to this place ever again no matter how much my daughter loves it.

The food was okay but the prices are downright ridiculous. I half a sandwich with a bag of chips and a small drink around $12. For that price I should have got a full size sandwich. Plus the sandwich was so small it would fit in the palm of my hand. The food quality was nice but for that kind of money I could have done much better.

Super disappointing these days. Food is decent but the staff is absolutely horrible. Menu is confusing. Too much worthless information like listing calories you have no idea what the prices are. A meal for 2 will set you back $35 for snack size portions. I used to love this place and now I only go if I'm desperate, which this last visit was just that. On the road for 6 plus hours and willing to eat anything at this point. The young lady that took our order was rolling g her eyes at every person she was supposed to be serving. Most rude person I've had to encounter and management should do away with her immediately! There was an elder gentlemen in front of us and the way she treated him was absolutely disgusting. If you want to get treated like garbage go to this location. Like I said, its too bad because they actually have good food but to me, service is everything.

Mediterranean bowl was excellent. Clean inside and out. Friendly employee up front asked for my name for the order and gave me a buzzer. Order was made fast. Not as friendly at the pick up area.

Panera has (recently?) made significant changes to their menu, and many of my favorites have disappeared. That said, tried some new things and was deeply disappointed. The pizza baguette sandwich was dry and skimpy, and the Spicy Ceasar Salad was a confusing jumble of flavors, none of which was discernably Caesar. The atmosphere was loud and dirty. Numerous patrons were using the space as their home office, talking loudly on phones or video calls and becoming annoyed when disturbed. Not terribly inviting.
