Breakfast Menu "Panera Bread" Howell

went to get some soup because i am sick, ordered a large chicken noodle soup and a small broccoli cheddar mac and cheese. had fantastic service and was so excited. got home and they gave me a small mac and cheese and a large broccoli cheddar soup and now they’re closed. don’t go to this location. we’re gonna go to the brighton panera instead from now on because they don’t mess up my order and act all nice to my face.

I can’t believe what I just received when ordering a kids grilled cheese today. What an absolute joke! It looks like they slapped an old piece of cheese between two pieces of slightly toasted bread out of a bag from the dollar store. I can’t believe anyone working at Panera would put this in a customer’s bag let alone for Panera to continue offering this on the menu. My poor daughter couldn’t even stomach more than a single bite. I would compare this sandwich to hot garbage but at least hot garbage is hot. This grilled cheese doesn’t even deserve to be called hot garbage. It’s at most a semi-warm piece of garbage. You guys should be appalled with what you’re providing customers.

Adter waiting in line patiently for at least 15 minutes the sweet register working explained short staffed they are ....I sayed understand and she appreciated me being nice . But when I requested something as simple as a Black paper foccacia bread and get regular wheat mushy bread I am very angry and paid more I am sure . Short staffed or not do it right !! Not only that but looks like a tsp of chicken on all that mushy bread with a very browned avocado? We pay too much for this , do not go here horriable !

Let's start with, I love Panera. And 1st time at this location and will never go back. I paid $28 and some change for a chicken bowl, 4 pack of cookies and a frozen drink . Little steep but I love panera. Upon getting home, this is what I found in the bag. I took the bag from the window clerk and placed exactly the way he handed it to me, in the seat. Assuming he, like everyone else in the World placed it in the bag and handed it to me right side up. I was wrong. So I did not eat it mainly because all the sauce poured out ripping the bottom of the bag and onto my car seat. Unfortunate for that location. They just lost a ton of prospective new business.

This location has very friendly crew members which is always appreciated. I felt bad because I had to cancel an order and they were very helpful and understanding. I love their bacon turkey bravo and lemon poppyseed salad! This location is bright and clean and easily located, right off the road.

This is the second time in the last month I've ordered salad and the lettuce was just ick! It used to be so good! Disappointed.

I love Panera but will never go back to this location. After waiting over 20 minutes in the drive thru, I got my bagel and it was toasted black. I could not eat it. And this was the second time at this same location.

The turkey avocado and the service exceeded my experience with other locations I frequent. The service was fast and friendly, and the sandwich was filled just right with the portions of each yummy layer. Thank you, Panera team, on Lawton Rd. .
