I ordered my food today, a cheese souffle and a chocolate croissant and a sprite. When I got to my destination, I started drinking my sprite and I have a bad habit of chewing ice but when I opened my cup, I saw some kind of insect or something in the inside rim of the drink. Soo gross🤢. Lost my appetite and couldn't eat the rest of my food. They need to do better, especially charging the amount they do. Spoke to a manager, and he said he would look into it. Honestly, I should have asked for my money back.

Got the new ciabatta mozzarella sandwich and they used the thinnest, smallest fresh mozzarella pieces to not fill up your sandwich. But they charge 10 bucks for it! 0 stars.

Filthy tables and restaurant and my large Asian salad was completely wilted. Not 1 person on this non busy day came out to wipe tables. Same complaint 3 weeks ago and nothing has obviously gotten better. Even with a fill in manager. I eat at alot of panera locations and order this salad, very disappointing.

A lot of money for a huge screwed up order.. no drinks wrong food. 12.99 for a tiny salad that was to be large. Never again.. $42.00 for a completely wrong order didn't find out until miles away..

We ordered this for lunch today and it was horrible all three orders were wrong. It was all just thrown in the bag. Lettuce tasted weird, and how do you forget the avacado on the turkey avacado blt?!

Listen dog, already had a bad day and all I wanted was a dippy food. I ordered the bread bowl with Mac and cheese because that's close enough to dippy and how these mfs gonna forget the BREAD BOWL. Gave me just Mac and cheese. My bad day just got worse like how do you forget the main ingredient?

Unfortunately, our experience started out well, then quickly went downhill. This was the first time I went to Panera in years. The front staff were very friendly, but our orders were wrong. We asked for the Mediterranean bowel to have no chicken, for my vegetarian friend. It, of course, still had chicken mixed in. We asked for alterations to be made to the steak sandwich, none of which were accounted for. Even the chicken noodle soup was a disappointment. The broth was excellent, but it had 2 noodles in the entire cup. We have absolutely no desire to ever step foot in another Panera.

Very disappointed with my order through the drive thru. I got the you pick 2 and my Greek salad was nothing but romaine stakes and a huge cut of red onion. The pepperoncini had a sour taste and slimy consistency. After picking out the romaine stakes I have half a salad with a hand full of cherry tomatoes. Other than that, my sandwich was good and the bowl of cheddar broccoli soup was good.
