The macaroni and cheese was about 3/4 of a cup of sticky pasta for $7.5. And it really didn’t taste that good. When I asked I was told yes, that what you ordered. I will never eat here again. Use the mustard package as a size reference in the attached photo.

I ordered from the "You Pick 2" and got the Pepperoni Mozzarella Melt – Toasted Baguette and Half Green Goddess Cobb Salad with Chicken. The sandwich is huge, I could only eat 1/3 of it and was able to finish my salad. Both of them were really good and the service is always good and the workers are always friendly.

So many options here. Whether you are watching your calorie intake or not, something for everyone. French onion soup as well as cheddar broccoli delicious. Sandwiches are good, they are made on freshly baked bread. The salad list goes on and on. If you have a sweet tooth there is something here for you as well.

Really disappointing experience today. Just moved to the area and first time going to this Panera. Had my baby with me to pick up a rapid order. Grabbed my order- the only one on the shelf- and the employee at the counter scolded me and said I needed to get in line in order to pick it up. Totally understand if that’s the new rule ( confusing as it says to come grab it on signage and in email) but would expect employees to gently inform customers of this. Maybe, “I’m sorry, you actually need to line up to grab your order!” To be talked down to when I grabbed the order and after I lined up and picked it up was totally unacceptable and really just a little power trip. Other employees didn’t say anything so seems to be a location issue. I’ll never come to this location again. Just as well I found out right away I suppose!

Staff friendly. $6.69 for the most plain breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had. They say brioche bun but this tasted like the dry stale buns from the grocery store. They didn’t warm the bun at all either. I felt like i was eating a cardboard sandwich. No distinctive flavors in any way. And they didn’t have any hot sauce for me to try to save it. The McDonald’s sausage egg and cheese sandwich is by far superior. $10 for sandwich and coffee. Coffee was good. Also there were crumbs everywhere like no one had cleaned up in forever the floors were filthy and there was a food with a bunch of bread laying on the ground and on top of the table I don’t know what’s going on here this is actually at a location at the mall see you would think it would be taken care of better.

I had ordered a sandwich misreading the cost for a half sandwich. I spoke to the manager afterwords and said “I realized I bought a half and it was more than I thought. If I had known I would have bought the whole because they were so close in price.” The manager was nice enough to take care of me. I appreciated the customer service and the sandwich was delicious. Thank you

Their sandwiches and salads are good staples, but today I wanted to eat something hot, so I got the broccoli Mac and cheese... I understand this probably is from a bag shipped from wherever, but it was so salty I couldn't even eat it. Felt like I would keil over of salt poisoning. On top of that, it tasted like they just put noodles in with the broccoli cheddar soup.. it was watery like soup consistency as well. Disappointed. Coffee, frozen lemonade and pick 2 sandwich/salad was good. Morale of the story, stick with what you know.

I can’t comprehend how this tiny little salad that’s the size of a cellphone cost $11 (yes, this was before I even took one bite). Smallest portion sizes ever. $9 for tiny kids mac n cheese. Never coming to Panera again, paid over $30 for enough food to barely feed a small child
