I love panera I've been going to panera since I was young. That being said I have seen the quality of food go down over the years. Not to say that the food is bad I mean I still go there but compared to what it used to be it's just not the same. For the price of the food I really do wish it still had the same quality that it used to have. Other than that the staff are always really nice and the inside is really clean. I would still recommend going but I do miss the old panera.

Just tried this place out this morning and absolutely loved it. I’ve heard a lot of good things about the food and the environment and I really love the way it’s a calming set up and the service was nice as well.

Got rid of all their Mac and cheese options on the menu. The broccoli cheddar has always been my favorite dish. Won't be returning unless they bring it back.

Both Panera’s in the area have great food and service but have different menus. At least subtle like the one on west side has more soup and bakery items when I order delivery… I am a soup person … so this is big for me.

Went here a week ago 1/20/22. Very good. Service was great. Actually dined it. Staff professional and helpful. My- all the wonderful looking treats and ohhhh so good(I bet) but not so healthy for me! Lol. Had sound and bread. My friend had some soup and Asian salad. We both loved our food. Very good. All fresh.

We have repeatedly experienced issues with this location and their inventory. Almost every time I go to this location they state they are out or low on items such as bread and avocado. Today for example, I wanted to order a French baguette however they refused to sell one. The cashier looked directly at the entire rack of French baguettes and stated they were not for sale. They are reserved for sandwiches. This has become a reoccurring issue of refusing to sell French baguette. I understand that things run out form time to time. If the inventory is consistently out of an item every other day, maybe re-evaluate the supply and demand.

First time i went here. I have alot of food allergies and it wad fantastic knowing i can eat out again. Great food, service and atmosphere

If you use the kiosk to order be sure to get the receipt option. You might need it when you get the completely wrong sandwich with your pick two order. If you don't, you might be stuck.
