Very disappointed with a recent trip for soup and a sandwich. I ordered a Pick 2, French onion soup and Napa almond chicken salad sandwich with an apple. I had the choice of sourdough or wheat bread. For a place with “bread” literally in the name, you’d think I could get a nice grain bread? No. The soup was very decent, plenty of onions and croutons but very little flavor otherwise. The sandwich, on wheat bread, was 3.5” tall! Could not take a good bite, and when I did the dressing oozed out the bottom. A lot! Extremely messy and hardly any chicken. Unfortunate because the overall flavors of the sandwich was quite delicious. And I won’t even begin to describe why I didn’t eat the apple.

Very friendly staff, got bagels, summer salad and strawberry mint lemonade. Freshly prepared and tasty.

somehow Half a sandwich, one cup of mac & cheese, & a sugar cookie has become $19.37! 🤯 I can’t remember Panera ever being this expensive, but I feel very ripped off. The food is average quality. I will not be paying these prices for Panera in the future.

The Napa chicken salad sandwich had ONLY a tablespoon of chicken salad on it. It only covered the tomato. So basically it’s over $10.00 for lettuce on whole wheat bread. Never again

Line out the door, but kiosks we’re available for ordering with no wait. Southwestern Caesar salad was big and delicious. Plenary of seating even at lunch.

I'd just like to put out there the absolute respect I have for the employees here. After an unsavory experience with a pickup order on UberEats, I came back after school after not getting my order, just to ask if there was anything they could do, as a last ditch type of thing to not be down money. They not only Re-made my order in full, but apologized for something that wasn't even their fault, and were nice, professional, and just anazing while doing it. You all are fantastic, and are genuinely the nicest workers out there. Much love.

I'm so mad 😡 I paid $7.00 for a breakfast sandwich 🥪 that didn't have but a teaspoon full of meat on it, I could of made this at home! It just pisses me off to know ends! I know now to never go back to this location again....

I love the breakfast 's souffles, they are always out way early before breakfast is over. Please make more, and they would probably be a great lunch item as well. Thanks!
