Self serve would have been better! Unattentive staff. No smiles just oh great expressions. Glad they showed up mentality. Owner should give staff certificate of appreciation and participation!!! Flies everywhere. No attempt to protect the food when served. Dirty restrooms. Recommend health and safety inspector come evaluate.

Second time eating here and more problems with a simple chicken Cesar salad. First time I waited for 15 minutes in drive thru and no chicken was on my salad. Today I ordered hours in advance with a specific pick up time. Went inside and order was not ready. Female management worker told me there were 8 orders ahead but yet it was my pick up time. Asked to cancel because it was gonna be another 15 minute wait. Male worker said he would get out right away. Thanked him. Then he gave me the wrong order twice. Told female management and all I got was attitude while she fixed the order for the 3rd time. When I left I got a notification that my order was delayed. This was after my pick up time. Needs better system! Salad was average with some bad pieces of lettuce. Don’t plan on going back for a third time if they can’t honor their pick up times and have poor attitudes.

Took my sandwich home today to eat and when I opened it to take some of the red peppers off I found a melted label of some sort which if I hadn't opened the sandwich I would've eaten. I'm not happy.

Although a bit pricey, I absolutely love their salads. Highly recommend their Green Goddess Chicken Cobb!

Don’t waste your time or money. Ordered a large group lunch via mobile app. Was told an hour wait only to get to the store and have them state they did not get it started. Waited another 40 minutes, told items are unavailable after the fact. The staff and management were completely unapologetic. Checked through the order before leaving (in front of manager) to find missing items/nothing marked correctly. No refund offered or given. This Panera is not worth your time or money.

We had lunch on Friday June 10th, 2022 at the Grand Island NE location. They young man who took our order was excellent, he was well trained and ask us all the right questions. The food arrived in a decent amount of time, was hot and tasted great. They also had a young lady clearing tables and cleaning them up and she also was doing a great job. Both of these young employees were challenged and doing a better job than most.

I work at Panera in Lincoln, and I know that one of our key mottos is to always great customers with a smile, but today just about an 2 hours to 1 hour ago, I was greeted with a rude expression, I tried to move past that and stay optimistic. I placed my order, and I said I could wait on the cinnamon rolls. I went to the window, got the rest of my order and someone else had gotten the rolls, those people are awesome, but when I decided to order a smoothie and cookies to go with my order, the same person up front asked if I come back for the croissants, I didn’t order any croissants. But I just stayed optimistic and said I didn’t order croissants, then when I finished my second order, he was going for the pagers, and my “Panera worker” instinct kicked, I said”this is a to go order so I don’t need the pager” in and then he snapped “Don’t Tell Me How To Do My Job Ok?” I was speechless Granted, I could take it down a notch, I tend to be too enthusiastic in some situations, and perhaps the rules are different for each Panera bread. But it’s just THAT exact moment stuck, I’m sorry if I was overstepping, Everyone else was great they even talked with me about adjusting the smoothie due to ingredient shortage. But I can’t think of anything other than that second order moment. Right now, feeling depressed about it. Long story short, at that moment I was reminded in the hard way, why our key mottos is to always great customers with a smile

Good bagels, service was less than. I know everyone is hurting for help, but to walk in and wait over 5 minutes while 3 people do things behind the counter with no acknowledgement or apology for the wait is not good business. I am very understanding about getting rushed with other orders and such, but don't leave us wondering if you are going to take our order.
