The wife and were passing through town and stopped to order some breakfast items. I ordered a cinnamon crunch bagel to enjoy on the road. I was quite surprised to take a bite and taste cinnamon, cream cheese, onion and garlic. I'm allergic to onion and was not expecting to find any in a cinnamon crunch bagel. I have several food allergies so I am picky about what I order but don't try to make it difficult by special ordering items. I just didn't expect this to happen with a cinnamon bagel. Who prepares these two items next to each other?? This happens too often at food places these days where you get what you ordered but the bottom of the item has other foods or sauces that you didn't ask for. Clean up your prep area please!!!

Ordered through drive thru. The girl couldn't understand a word I said, asked me to hang on, then had me repeat myself. I told her my order of a pick two with the chicken goddess melt, an advertised item on many banners around the building, and she didn't understand what I was asking for at first. Then she was confused I wanted a pick two. Found out later, when I did the math, she charged me separately for each item. All items were accounted for, went home. The CHICKEN goddess melt, didn't have chicken and didn't feel all that warm for being a melt. My daughter's Mac and cheese was globby and not very warm. I live four blocks from the restaurant, we did not have the food long enough to have it go cold that fast. A few hours past eating the meh food (because I was too tired and didn't want to waste), and getting no answer at the restaurant when I called the number on Google, I began to feel ill. I'm happy now that my daughter refused her food and took a pb&j instead, because I believe it will be a long night for me. This is not my first problem moment with this particular Panera. If I have a craving for their food, I will be traveling the extra time to the next one the next city over.

What an experience! I placed a mobile order for a coffee tote and assortment of pastries. The app lets me know this may take longer, no big deal. I get a text my order is ready so I head on over. None of my items are at the rapid pickup shelf. People are lounging, sitting in the back and someone walks by. They are super friendly and hand me my food, but no coffee. She goes on a hunt and another red headed worker comes by, and with an attitude says “the coffees not ready that’s why it’s not on the self”. Thanks, I’m not blind, don’t mark my order ready if it’s not. She was stumbling over her responsibilities in the back, and failure to admit she’s wrong seems to be a repeat experience. Anyways I’m on vacation and didn’t need any of that on a Saturday. Hope her days get better!

Perfectly cook egg on the sausage egg and cheese on Asiago. Went back the next day for breakfast to get another one. Excellent sandwiches. Friendly staff. East ordering on tablets. Clean restaurant and restrooms. Plenty of parking. Plenty of seating and easy access for those in wheelchairs. Food options for vegans and vegetarians.

I picked two. Half sandwich with Mac and cheese and a latte $25. Mac and cheese was hot cheese water with few floating noodles. Not the normal Panera quality I’m used to at Holland location

Very nice counter staff. We ordered a couple of family feast meals for Mother's Day. Nice option. Food is about average ... better than McDonald's.

Not enough real workers to take the orders. They want you to use the kiosk but the kiosk kept rejecting cards so everyone has to go order. Then it wasn't clear If you just leave your dirty dishes sitting on the table or not so I had to ask.

This Panera is a nice facility and kept clean. Food is good but pricey. We use order ahead or the kiosks.
