We ordered at 2ish in the afternoon with a self-ordering machine (dine in). The food was great, freshly and tasty. A note to take is that upon your food is ready, make sure to ask the staff for your drink if they didn't give it to you at the first place. They will give you an empty cup so you can fill in your selected drink at the machine.

Whoever the worker named Alex that works there is is extremely unprofessional. I ordered a to go order but it wasn’t where the to go orders would go so I waited since I arrived a little early. Next thing I know this guy comes out and is like “wait why are you here, what did you get”. I proceed to say my name but I guess he didn’t hear me. Then looks at my bag that was placed over by the side not in a seeable spot and is like is this your name. I say yes that’s what I just said and he’s like we don’t put to go orders out in a rude demeanor. After, I asked the young woman sweeping for a cup, so she asks this guy Alex for a cup and he proceeds to hand an extremely dirty, literal crusted on food, to her to give to me. We both look at it and she goes to ask him for a new cup saying that cup is dirty. He looks at it and he’s like “oh really?” Proceeds to look at this disgusting cup and is like whatever it’s not inside and hands her another semi dirty cup. First off I don’t know why your keeping cups that dirty behind to the counter to give to customers and it’s very alarming about the sanitation of this location. And whoever the worker is that looks like he works the food line and handed the dirty cup, I believe his name is Alex, very unprofessional and shouldn’t be working and making food.

Large, bright cozy a Panera Breads. Employees were nice.

I want to be balanced here. I’ve had some good meals at this Panera over the years. HOWEVER… yesterday I had a Green Goddess Cobb Salad that gave me food poisoning and forced me to go to the emergency room. 24 hours later my symptoms are unabated, so my pro tip is to avoid the salads! 🤢

What happened to this location? Our order was wrong, the staff started fighting with each other, food (a rock hard bagel ) was thrown in a bag at us which was still wrong ...and then you can hear the cooks cursing about burning the food No atmosphere, no music, and pretty empty at 1:30-2pm

I am disappointed with Panera. Food is okay but service is terrible. Manager Colin is extremely rude and employees are treated unfairly. I will move my business elsewhere. I can’t eat where people are judged.

Salad was missing chicken, bread is hard and the music is so loud. I complained to a lady and she was very rude. Didn’t give me her name but I believe she was Jamaican. Very rude. Not coming back.

Organized but could be busy. The manager does not allow patrons to take pictures. Go figure
